Ludger’s Bavarian Cakery is a local family-owned bakery, cafe, and coffeehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We specialize in creating quality custom cakes, while also offering fresh cafe food and a full coffee menu. We are known for our Bavarian Cream Cake, which is a light blend of sponge cake and cream cheese filling, and we also offer a range of traditional cake flavors. Although we have learned to make many fancy cakes & pastries, we are (as most of our staff are) just regular folks from the North and West sides of Tulsa who have made a wonderful career of making treats for the town we love!

Hello, I'm Jackie! I have loved baking and pastry my whole life! I grew up spending hours in my play kitchen dreaming of a life creating actual food for others. After 12 years in the industry, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, and competing (and winning!) Sugar Rush on Netflix I finally decided to create Pink Petunia Baking Co. and share my passion with others! Nothing makes me happier than creating desserts for special events (or even just a regular Wednesday!) and celebrating every moment with others through sugar. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Sugar and Bake relocated to the DFW area in 2019 and officially opened the bakery there in 2020 after the Covid epidemic restrictions allowed. Janet Rosebeary started her cake odyssey the better part of two decades ago, and she is as passionate about her art and business as she was on the day that she began. Time has allowed her to travel and study with the masters in the industry, as well as compete successfully at the Master's level in both national and international competitions while she developed and honed her skills. She was part of the winning duo on We tv's "Wedding Cake Wars", and has been featured in both national and international publications.
