Just like you- we have own our love story! We met as babies at a small Illinois college in 2010, where we bonded over our mutual love of art, music and breaking dorm room rules. Over the next decade we would move to Nashville, start a family, get married and grow this beautiful photography business we call MUNGO foto + film. For as long as I can remember I have always loved to create. My passion for photography started when I was a teen. As I honed in on my craft I began to photograph on a more professional level right out of high school, but stepped away for academic pursuits. After completing both a bachelors and master's degree in Anthropology, I came full circle, determining that a career in doing something creative was where my heart lies. Whether it is your wedding, or any other special moment in your life, I cherish the opportunity to document it in a way that highlights the artistic elements, while still capturing an authenticness that is uniquely you.

The only thing better than making memories, is reliving them. I love photography for so many reasons but the opportunity to freeze a moment in time and cherish that memory forever is reason number one. One reason I love wedding photography specifically is how it incorporates all my photographic passions into one day! Landscapes, street photography, documentary, portrait, macro...I could keep going.
