Welcome. Sydalyn Hill is a new, exclusive family-run farm and venue that hosts a limited number of weddings a year between May and September. Perched on a sunny hilltop off Highway 9 across from the Garden of Eden and surrounded by Henry Cowell State Park, this hidden treasure has an expansive view of the San Lorenzo Valley, providing a magical backdrop of rustic elegance for your special day!

First established in 1925 as a children's summer camp, this property now acts as a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the cozy accommodations to the down-to-earth event spaces, this venue works to give couples everything they need for a successful wedding weekend. 115 acres of land and stunning views of the surrounding mountains, along with an abundance of oak trees and sprawling grasslands. Indoor ceremonies and receptions can be hosted in various locations on the property. Camp Carmel Valley offers 33 cabins, 4 houses, and bunk rooms onsite to accommodate up to 120 overnight guests. As a pet-friendly venue, you and your partner will be welcome to incorporate your four-legged companion into your events. By offering multiple-day use of the Camp, you can also incorporate "Camp Activities" like yard games, archery, swimming, tennis, and hiking into your celebration and really take advantage of spending time with your friends and family during this special time.

With a maximum capacity of 180 people, Hakone Estate and Gardens offers both indoor and uncovered outdoor settings. The overall feel of the 18 acres private venue is classy and outdoorsy. Wheelchair accessible venue offers nearby parking for its guests. Event planning services are also available by Hakone Estate and Gardens to help couples plan a day that they can remember for the rest of their lives. Although the venue does not provide catering or event rentals, We do have a list of trusted preferred vendors who have years of professional experience. The long list of preferred vendors & caterers that Hakone Estate and Gardens provides range from caterers and florists to entertainment and officiants. Each of our preferred vendors have worked with Hakone Estate and Gardens before and is familiar with the venue’s policies and regulations.

Pie Ranch is a 27.5-acre farm that serves youth and our community through educational programming, community events, and partnerships with the Amah Mutsun Land Trust as well as other land-based organizations. We are located on the ancestral homelands of the Quiroste peoples, of whom there are no living descendants, and we partner with the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. A stunning coastal venue for a farm wedding, Pie Ranch offers an events barn, a large meadow, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and redwood classroom. The historic McCormick House, a beloved Pescadero landmark, is now a lovely new venue for intimate weddings and other small events. Built in 1868, James McCormick designed every detail of the house for his beloved bride, Julia. Enjoy exclusive access to the McCormick House Inn and our Secret Garden or the Formal Lawn. Our vibe is casual, timeless and romantic. We offer multiple packages to accommodate your unique vision and guest count - "The Proposal" for two, "Elopement" for 10, "Mini-Mony" for 25, and "Micro-Wedding" for 50. The McCormick House also operates as a petite hotel and all of our packages include one night's lodging for the bride and groom, with an option to add additional nights and guests!

Welcome to the historic Rengstorff House, Mountain View’s oldest home and one of the finest examples of Victorian Italianate architecture on the West Coast! We are located at 3070 N. Shoreline Boulevard. Fully restored in 1991, the Rengstorff House features: a Victorian Italianate design with a hip roof; a central gable crowned by a widow's walk; a front portico; and a symmetrical room layout. The gracious dining room and four lovely parlors downstairs, all decorated with classic period décor, open up to brick patios surrounded by manicured lawns, blooming flowers and natural areas. Nearby you will find the Shoreline Lake, Golf Links, and two, classic eateries to enjoy and explore.

When guests arrive at the redwood-and-glass building, they often gather in its open, airy lobby. Then, if you’re having your ceremony here (and most couples do), your family and friends will be ushered through Craftsman-styled double wooden doors to the serene South Patio. This beautiful, crescent-shaped flagstone space wraps around one entire side of the building and features a Zen-like border of Japanese maples, native plants and graceful oaks. Handcrafted ceramic urns are integrated throughout and serve as artful and calming water features. You can opt to exchange vows in front of those wooden entry doors, or take full advantage of the patio’s pièce de résistance and say “I do” beneath an asymmetrical canvas canopy. There’s ample room for al fresco cocktails on the patio before everyone moves into the Sequoia Room for dinner. This reception area feels quite spacious, with its cathedral ceiling, polished hardwood floors, and two walls of glass

Stroll through this 6 acre neighborhood park or rest on one of the handsome benches created by artist Mary Fuller, which are carved with images of local wildlife, as you catch the breathtaking view of the Monterey Bay. A picnic area and a wheelchair accessible playground and restrooms are available. Wedding ceremonies are available with a reservation on the bluff overlooking the ocean.

Tucked away in the former Aptos Village, this lush, 10-acre park offers a breathtaking outdoor venue. The charming clubhouse and picturesque park is located between the beaches and hills of Aptos, just steps off the highway and minutes from downtown Santa Cruz. The spacious, grassy lawn is a charming location for an outdoor ceremony, and your guests will enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook that lines the park. Tall, green trees frame the lawn and surrounding area, and happy birds tweet a song just for you on your special day under a cloudless blue sky. A sweet gazebo makes your fantasy ceremony come alive, and your guests will enjoy the festivities inside the grand hall. The lovely stone patio will be filled with the people you love enjoying themselves as they celebrate your love while dining and dancing.

Valencia Hall is a popular location for weddings, parties and meetings. The Valencia Hall and historic General Store/Post Office are the last two remnants of Frederick Hihn's logging community of Valencia. Built by Hihn in the early 1880's, these historic buildings allowed the community to gather for a variety of events. Following in this tradition, Santa Cruz County Parks offers this unique facility for your special event.

What is The Community Shared Space? Founded in July 2022, The Community Shared Space is the first event and meeting space that allows any person, business, or organization to book it and configure it to meet their needs without needing outside rentals, providing a cost-effective, flexible, and convenient venue.

Felton Covered Bridge Park features the historic covered bridge that stood as the only entry to Felton for 45 years. Dating back to 1892-93, the Felton covered bridge is believed to be the tallest covered bridge in the country.

Your reservation includes the exquisite ranch house and spacious lawn which offers scenic views of an orchard and the forested Santa Cruz Mountains. This location is well-suited for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.

The Highlands House is an elegant-meets-homey mansion with a private yard nestled in enchanted forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The venue features several rooms for dining and dancing, a wet bar, a large kitchen, two changing rooms, an elegant staircase perfect for grand entrances. A brick pathway leads from the house to the lawn. There, you’ll find a ceremony area on one side and on the other, space large enough for guests to dine and play yard games. The lawn is surrounded by trees and hedges, creating intimacy for your upscale backyard party. Tables and chairs are provided. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes the Highlands House an extraordinarily customizable venue. The Highlands House can host up to 200 people in the peak season (April – October) and 100 during the winter season (November – March). This includes your guests, vendors, and anyone else helping you on your big day.

OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help fund our OVY Camp scholarship program to bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!
