As a new venue, Jackie and Dan have worked hard to create a hidden gem and open up their beloved family estate as a wedding venue. You can feel the care and passion they have brought to this place, along with the care and passion they put into their clients, and vendor partners. If you are looking for an off the path and charming Upstate NY venue, their's is top notch. Close to the convenience of Cooperstown and Oneonta but remote to enjoy what Upstate NY has to offer throughout the seasons. If you're planning an event, definitely consider The Rosemary at Spano. “Booking with The Wedding Foundry at Liberty View Farm is the best thing my husband and I have ever done. We were looking to have a small intimate wedding, but every venue tour we did still had a 75-100 person minimum and required a large cost requirement for catering. Then I happened upon The Wedding Foundry when researching micro weddings. We had one phone call with Billiam and immediately signed the contract, without even viewing the venue first. As a bride, the fact that they were including the venue, the officiant, photography, florals and catering was the best thing ever. It took so much stress off of me while planning this wedding, as I did not have to run around to different vendors. Billiam and Erica were extremely communicative and really took the time to learn what we were looking for. Day of, Billiam and his day of coordinator Cathy made sure the day ran perfectly. We were absolutely blown away from how beautiful our venue was. The florals they created made our wedding look like a fairy tale. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Erica was an absolute pro with photography, really taking her time with my husband and I for our portraits. Throughout the night she made sure to capture every moment. Erica sent teasers to us within a week of our wedding and the photos are beautiful. The officiant, Michele, was amazing. She created the most personalized and beautiful ceremony that fit us perfectly. We loved how she included a hand-fasting ceremony as well. Multiple guests approached us to let us know that there was not a single dry eye during our ceremony. The Wedding Foundry truly created our perfect day. We are so happy with our intimate wedding, we had 46 of our closest friends and family and everyone truly enjoyed the day. One of the bartenders even stepped up as an informal day-of coordinator, staying by our side throughout the event to handle any last-minute needs. The inclusive atmosphere allowed all of our guests to feel welcomed and comfortable. During the planning process they provided multiple options for table arrangements, arbor options and arbor placements, as well as options for dinnerware, glassware and silverware! Our group of country boys were pleased with their yard games and were playing corn hole all day! We were thrilled with the exceptional service and value provided by The Barns at Edgemont Inn, and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a charming, stress-free wedding experience.”

Sharon - first and foremost thank you for absolutely everything. You have a vision for design like no other and a heart of gold that shines through. To say that we love you is an understatement and I feel like we will be family forever. (Me and dave will be back every year don’t you worry). Brandon…where do I even start with you!?! Thank you for dealing with my type A personality and excel sheets seamlessly. I don’t know why things happen the way they do but I know for a fact that you were supposed to be apart of our big weekend. Thank you will never justify how we feel about you and like I already told you l, I’m never deleted our group chat because we are in fact best friends.
