Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this 1906 Greek Revival mansion was originally the Holberg Hotel. The 8,000 square foot Inn with nine guest bedrooms still has its original features: Georgia heart pine floors, ornate tin ceilings, elegant light fixtures and chandeliers, and eleven fireplaces. A beautiful garden, rocking chairs, and porch swings on the generous wrap-around veranda add to your journey back in time.

The Augusta Room and The Savannah Room both seat up to 50 guests, but the difference is that the Augusta room has a window and the Savannah room is a bit larger. The Venue includes an enclosed 2,200-square-foot chapel, men's and women's restrooms, a prep kitchen, and a groom’s suite. Attached to the event space is a covered 2,400 square-foot porch. There is also a separate 800-square-foot bridal suite. The venue can accommodate 150 total guests. Weddings can be held at the outdoor ceremony site or in the fully enclosed chapel.

We offer a beautiful rustic chic barn with bridal and grooms suite. We offer indoor or outdoor sites. We have a doctor closet full of simple and elegant decor that you can use free of charge. You get use of the venue all day on Friday from 9am-9pm to set up the space and make it your own. You also get a day of coordinator that is included in the price. She will come on Friday to do a rehearsal for your bridal party. On Saturday you get use of the venue from 9am until midnight. We provide you with staff during your wedding to help with anything that needs to be done. You also get two parking attendants and golf cart service for an hour prior to your wedding.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.

Terminal West lies within the King Plow Arts Center in West Midtown Atlanta. The arts center originally started out as a plow factory but was converted into studios in the 1990’s. Terminal West once was an iron smelting room and has been transformed into a music venue with modern production while maintaining the original factory aesthetics.
