The Victorian house and barn are situated on five acres of beautiful grounds, manicured gardens, and romantic woodlands. Owners Bill and Nichole Phelps, together with their horses, dogs, and farm animals, welcome to-be-weds for their special wedding celebrations.

“We had our wedding on 6/22/2024 at Angel & Anchor Farm with 125 guests. It was absolutely the best day ever thanks to the venue owners, Bill and Nicole. The venue is absolutely stunning. There are so many spots on the farm for your ceremony, for photos, etc. The farm was in full bloom in June as well. The bridal and groomsmen suite were also stunning, and offered a beautiful and cozy space for everyone to get ready in the morning. Bill and Nicole are also incredible. They truly did everything possible to make our wedding day so special. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, they were on it. From making adjusting for weather, setting up our beautiful reception tent, to attending the fire and more, they made our day absolutely flawless. If anything went wrong, my husband and I didn't know about it because Bill and Nicole just took care of it. We absolutely loved our wedding day and our guests kept saying the same. The farm is sprawling and offers so much space for guests to walk around and mingle. Everyone truly had an amazing time. Couldn't recommend the venue enough.”

“The venue at Pachaug Cottages is an absolute dream! They hosted us for our ceremony and reception of about 75 people on June 25 2022. With the ceremony space right on the lake, we were even able to arrive and depart by boat! The whole day went flawlessly and we definitely recommend having your wedding here! Some of our family even booked the venue for their own wedding this past summer and it was so fun to revisit the location and see all the new additions. The brand new pavilion is STUNNING. 10/10 would recommend 3”
