The Dogwood barn is situated on a 600 acre ranch. Enter the gravel road, wood fence on each side lined with oak trees.It’s a 7500 sqft climate controlled newly built barn, rustic & elegant everywhere you turn.Chandeliers run down the middle, with blown glass fixtures & iron wall sconces.The ranch is so peaceful & surrounded by nature.The ceremony overlooks an 18 acre stocked pond, permanent wood benches with backs, no hassle of moving chairs here.The barn can seat up to 300 but can be conformed to a small wedding. Hand made farm tables & cross back wood chairs will be set up for you on your big day.A gorgeous bridal suite makes getting ready memorable!Kitchen with a warming tower, double oven, 500lb ice machine, fridge & microwave.This property is truly a majestic place that must be seen to fully appreciate its beauty. The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. Guests enter the Willow Room which is perfect for cocktail hours, small events or just as a welcoming lobby for the main event. The main event room, the Hawthorn Room, features warm wood walls and massive beams next to exposed brick with wonderful wood floors. It can host up to 250 guests for a seated reception and even more for a ceremony. Throw in an expansive gathering porch and this is the perfect spot for a rustic chic wedding.

Land Family Home is a boutique events destination and nature conservancy. We offer unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 60+ acre nature conservancy. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For outdoor weddings we offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. Book overnight accommodations for the honeymooners, wedding party or out of town guests.

2425 Warehouse is located near the quiet town of Monroe, Georgia. Set back from the road, surrounded by towering trees and pastoral fields gives this romantic venue its charm. The Warehouse is perfect for the couple that wants rustic charm, and industrial romance. 2425 Warehouse offers a variety of unique ceremony locations. Get married under the spreading limbs of our tall Oak Tree. Customize the backdrop with sheer dapping, lanterns, or antique windows. Say your vows in front of our White Arbor with intricate black gates surround by a white picket fence. Inside the warehouse, enjoy a climate controlled wedding in front of the statement Tin Wall with cafe lights twinkling overhead.

9 Oaks Farm is located in rural Monroe, Georgia. The sprawling landscape sets the scene for an intimate wedding surrounded by cultivated gardens, towering trees, and pastoral fields. The Farm is only 25 minutes from downtown Athens and a short drive from Atlanta, making it the perfect spot for your destination wedding. We have onsite housing for guest, making it a fun filled weekend for all. We do own two other venues: 2425 Warehouse and The Thompson House and Gardens
