The NSCDA/PA owns its Headquarters House located at 1630 Latimer Street in Philadelphia. Built by and for the Dames under the leadership of Mrs. James Starr, Jr., the house has served as the Dames home since its completion in 1923. The building was designed by the Philadelphia Architectural firm Ritter and Shay. Marion Coffin, one of the first female landscape architects, was instrumental in desgining the garden which is a four seasons delight to all who use the house. Headquarters is the setting for Philadelphia Stated Meetings, the meetings of the Board of Managers and its Committees, and for the Society's Annual meeting. The archives of the Society, including lineage papers of our members, both living and deceased, are housed here as well. Headquarters is also available to the general public to rent for weddings and events.

Thousand Acre Farm is a unique, rustic waterfront venue. We host weddings, parties, corporate events and fundraisers. Our main barn has 3 levels: The first floor Lodge room, the main floor for dining and dancing and our loft which consists of fun sitting areas for your guests as well as a bridal suite and salon. We also have the smaller Cider Barn where the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as an upstairs luxurious suite for an overnight stay.

Haven Beach Club is located in Haven Beach on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. The club is a hidden gem hiding in plain sight, know for its family atmosphere, festive vibe, and beautiful sunsets. Incorporated in 1947, HBC is one of the oldest non-profit clubs on the island, and the only one with an in-ground pool. For weddings and events, the space can accommodate 200 guests. As one of the few venues on the island located right on the bay, it is an amazing venue for beautiful sunsets. While the club provides preferred vendors for potential clients, you are truly able to customize the space to meet your dreams. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. BLDG39 is a historic and industrial chic style wedding venue with modern accents located in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia. The venue includes free parking available and a 30 x 30 seasonal tent. Originally erected in 1917 during wartimes, the space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve the history within its walls. We invite you to come make your mark on history! Our maximum fully seated indoor capacity is 130 guests, and our casual standing reception-style indoor capacity is approximately 150 guests. The use of our outdoor space under the tent increases to approximately 175 guests total standing reception-style (venue + tent).

At the heart of the thriving early industrial community known as Rittenhouse Town, the first paper mill in America was built. It all began when, in 1687, papermaker William Rittenhouse followed other Quaker and Mennonite families emigrating to the newly formed neighborhood of Germantown (founded in 1683). William partnered with Philadelphia’s first printer, purchased a 20-acre plot of land along Paper Mill Run (a tributary of the Wissahickon Creek) and, with the help of his son Nicholas, built the first paper mill in British North America that otherwise could only be delivered from England. For the next 40 years, the Rittenhouse family were the only papermakers in America.
