Meet Mo, the innovative mixologist behind a unique fusion of flavors. Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2019 with a humble passion for Zobo, a traditional Nigerian drink. Mo started producing and selling Zobo, which quickly gained popularity. In 2022, Mo took her business to the next level by branding her product and exploring ways to merge Zobo with liquor. Driven by a desire to innovate and excel, Mo pursued formal training in mixology. She attended the prestigious Texas School of Bartending, supplemented her knowledge with online courses, and recently completed the esteemed Flair Bartending course from EBS New York.

While planning my wedding in 2020, I struggled to find an affordable, budget-friendly bar option. I was eventually able to book a couple bartenders, but it got me thinking. After researching and figuring out all of the moving parts, Happiest Hour was born. The second my husband and I landed back in Texas from our honeymoon, we quite literally hit the ground running. I previously bartended at a wedding venue occasionally throughout college and my husband has taught me how to use every power tool in the book. It all came together and it has been an absolute dream come true!
