Country Ridge Cottage is a charming vintage rustic-style venue nestled on a 1.6-acre lot, offering a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings and various events. Indoor space can accommodate about 50 guests and the cottage features a brand new, spacious covered patio that can accommodate up to 100 guests, complemented by expansive outdoor grounds. With its rustic charm and picturesque setting, Country Ridge Cottage provides a beautiful backdrop for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike. The venue also offers 100 clear Chiavari chairs with white cushions, 60 white folding chairs, 8 tables for outdoor events, about 24 club-style chairs indoors, a bar table, and a sound system for added convenience and comfort.

Nestled in the country side of North Texas, the rustic sophisticated charm of HD Ranch is truly unique to the area with its accommodations. HD Ranch offers a stress free venue experience that generously includes onsite lodging for 3 full days! Our weekend package books you from Friday morning to Monday morning providing you with ample time and opportunity for set up and tear down. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a warming kitchen, bath towels and linens. We are able to sleep 12 in beds between the house and guest house. Enjoy private yard with pool, hot tub, grill and cedar cabana...perfect for your rehearsal dinner or Sunday Brunch with guests!

The Venue offers a bridal suite complete with h/m stations, smart tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with smart tv +mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space, an indoor chapel, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, (2) kitchens, bar kitchen, and a large catering kitchen. We have two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms, one set at each end of the building. We also have a fully handicap accessible restroom. We have on site lodging as well as a smaller venue for your rehearsal dinner.

Welcome to the Station featuring a rustic farmhouse feel with reclaimed shiplap walls and industrial concrete floors. Our tasteful antique accents are incorporated into the modest decor, making the space beautiful as it is, or easily elevated to more lavish events. Guest of The Station have full use of the foyer, bar, bridal and groom suites, large gathering room, inclusive farmhouse tables, additional seating and tables, bathrooms, sound system, and kitchen! In addition to these amenities, our guests frequently appreciate the functionality of our large rolling door that opens up onto the urban sidewalk of Downtown McKinney. Also appreciated by Station patrons is our open vendor policy, we encourage clients to seek out local resources to fulfill needs like catering, florist and other event-related resources. Opened in 1872, The McKinney Flour Mill is a historic gem that still stands today right in the heart of beautiful Downtown McKinney. From the industrial equipment, original hardwood floors & beams, to our unique Event Halls that have hosted hundreds of events and the local Businesses that call the Mill home, the Mill has a one of a kind look that cannot be replicated anywhere else. We are a Smithsonian Affiliated Museum in downtown McKinney. Built in1900 and established in 1970. We have 54 years of service! We have the Art-O-Mat which is a vintage machine repurposed for collectible art hence the Art-O-Mat! People travel all over the world and to McKinney to add to their art collections! The Heard Craig Art Center & Museum has private parking in downtown McKinney with a private garden, gazebo, and Carriage House. The private garden & Carriage House venue space is available to rent and our main house Museum offers group tours, luncheons, bridal tea, baby showers, and more!
