The LODGE is our latest addition, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. All rooms are equipped with espresso machines, fine linens, and heated floors in bathrooms. The lodge has a top floor banquet hall featuring breathtaking sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains. The Lodge is located right next to the Corduroy Inn and across the street from the iconic Western Territory

The Ellis House is a reimagined boutique Venue and Event space located in Fairmont, WV. The Barn at Woodridge is a family-owned wedding venue in Sistersville, West Virginia. They have been welcoming happy couples and their guests since 2015. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Carriage House was built in 1908 as part of the Watson family estate called High Gate. It was designed by Horace Trumbauer, architect of The Biltmore Estate. Your wedding will have the elegance of a by-gone era. The elements of character show through with a terra cotta roof and verdigris copper accents that are trademarks of the Tudor Revival Style architecture. The event can be held inside the Carriage House with up to 135 guests or under the high-peaked tent in the garden that can accommodate up to 260 guests.
