WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special! Our beautiful space is located in the rolling hills of Franklin, TN. Sitting in the middle of a 27 hole golf course with gorgeous views. We have a max capacity of 150 in our space, but we have a beautiful patio space and grille area to expand too as well. Tour our space to see all the events you could host here!

A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
