In addition to hosting your wedding, the experienced event staff at our hotel will help attend to all the details so everything goes smoothly, from the time your first guests arrive until you leave in a flurry of rice. Stuart’s Opera House is a wedding venue located in Nelsonville, Ohio about 1 hour southeast of Columbus. They offer couples a gorgeous, historic venue to host their wedding events. This theater offers couples a stunning space to spend time with friends and family during their special celebration. The gorgeous indoor lobby and opera house allow couples to host large and small gatherings that they and their guests will remember for years to come. The theater is more than 130 years old and is a perfect place for you to hold your wedding events. The expanded new lobby allows couples to hold receptions in a wide, open space so they and their guests feel comfortable in a private environment. Oak hardwood floors and mahogany doors will give your event a touch of class and sophistication all will admire. The lobby also has a bar area and attached kitchen for in-house bar and catering services that your vendors may use.

Willow Haven Lodge is a little off the beaten path, and those who venture here love what they find. On a clear night with no moon - you can see the stars like nowhere else in Ohio. Our newly remodeled log cabin lodge has all the modern amenities that you need to plan a beautiful wedding. We also offer 11 log cabins for you and your guests to stay and enjoy the whole weekend. Six of the log cabins are completely remodeled and have their own bathrooms and kitchenettes. The other 5 log cabins are family style glamping with access to a shower/restroom within 50 feet of each cabin. All our log cabins have central heat and air conditioning! In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.

The Havenstone is not your classic reception hall that simply offers a nicely landscaped spot outside for wedding ceremonies. Of course your reception should be fun and memorable - after all, you're celebrating your wedding! You'll likely (and rightfully) invite your entire family and many friends and spend a fair amount of time and money on this celebration because your wedding ceremony is a pretty big deal.
