We are a team that met when we worked together as venue coordinators. We would usually jump in to help our clients decorate or manage their event which was outside of our responsibilities as venue coordinators, one owner even redid a bride’s bridal bouquet because she wasn’t happy with it. I am an avid nature lover and have been working in the horticulture industry for over 17 years. I started designing flowers during that time And fell in love with the creativity and palette. I started my business in 2020 during the pandemic, first as consulting in the landscape industry. We are a small urban flower farm in the middle of a nature preserve on the St Lucie River. We practice permaculture and grow with the seasons, our flowers are pestaside-free and grow for the bees, too! I grow for true love for flowers and the absolute need to share them. Born in Venezuela, María has been working with flowers for the past 30 years. It is a profession that she started when she was very young, spending time at her family business, a local flower shop located on the coast of Lake Maracaibo, since 1966. Her passion for floral arrangements became a profession as she took a more active role at the shop, having her mother and sisters as mentors. In 1987, she started to conduct businesses in several cities in Venezuela.
