Haven Beach Club is located in Haven Beach on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. The club is a hidden gem hiding in plain sight, known for its family atmosphere, festive vibe, and beautiful sunsets. Incorporated in 1947, HBC is one of the oldest non-profit clubs on the island, and the only one with an in-ground pool. For weddings and events, the space can accommodate 200 guests. As one of the few venues on the island located right on the bay, it is an amazing venue for beautiful sunsets. While the club provides preferred vendors for potential clients, you are truly able to customize the space to meet your dreams. The NSCDA/PA owns its Headquarters House located at 1630 Latimer Street in Philadelphia. Built by and for the Dames under the leadership of Mrs. James Starr, Jr., the house has served as the Dames home since its completion in 1923. The building was designed by the Philadelphia Architectural firm Ritter and Shay. Marion Coffin, one of the first female landscape architects, was instrumental in desgining the garden which is a four seasons delight to all who use the house. Headquarters is the setting for Philadelphia Stated Meetings, the meetings of the Board of Managers and its Committees, and for the Society's Annual meeting. The archives of the Society, including lineage papers of our members, both living and deceased, are housed here as well. Headquarters is also available to the general public to rent for weddings and events.

We host many small weddings, all kinds of showers and celebrations. We have ton's of natural light with the option of white sheer curtains, or black out curtains. We have a beautiful collection of lounge furniture, a movable bar and food station. We have 6' long tables, 54" round tables and cocktail tables. We also offer three choices of linens that are included in the price. At The Pink Moon, you only need to bring in food and the bar. We provide the layout, the tables, chairs, bar stools and lounge. We have seven chandeliers that are all on dimmers for ombiance. We also have an in house floral designer (Rebecca Shepherd) should you want to take advantage of her expertise! Morris Arboretum gives you private access to 92 breathtaking acres situated in the historic Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. Built in 1891, the renovated The Dumbo Loft is an adaptable space with high ceilings, beautiful wood columns, hardwood flooring, and exposed brick walls. The loft’s large windows overlook the interior of the magnificent district of DUMBO with original cobblestone streets and expansive Manhattan Bridge archways. Brooklyn Bridge Park, only a few steps away makes for tremendous photos and outdoor ceremonies.

The Bridgepoint event space is a 2,500 sq. ft. renovated roofdeck in DUMBO Brooklyn that has breathtaking views of the Manhattan Skyline and both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. This contemporary build is a stark contrast from some of our rustic offerings which features, white marble tile with grey, black and gold tones throughout.

This restored metal works factory, located at 26 Bridge St. was built in 1912 and boasts some of the most magnificent original craftsmanship in our portfolio. The beautiful shell, once a foundry still contributes to the architectural character of the DUMBO Historic District. This landmark building has been restored into a unique event location with more than 8,000 sq. ft. of total space

The W Loft boasts elegant waterfront views of the Manhattan skyline, as well as the surrounding boroughs. The glass walls making up the interior allow for guests to keep comfortable and still enjoy the view, no matter what the weather is like.

The Greenpoint Loft is an exquisite multipurpose space/event hall, located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Originally a pre-WWII era warehouse the venue has been restored to its original raw appearance; exposed high beam ceilings, wooden floors, and open window skylights. At the heart of the thriving early industrial community known as Rittenhouse Town, the first paper mill in America was built. It all began when, in 1687, papermaker William Rittenhouse followed other Quaker and Mennonite families emigrating to the newly formed neighborhood of Germantown (founded in 1683). William partnered with Philadelphia’s first printer, purchased a 20-acre plot of land along Paper Mill Run (a tributary of the Wissahickon Creek) and, with the help of his son Nicholas, built the first paper mill in British North America that otherwise could only be delivered from England. For the next 40 years, the Rittenhouse family were the only papermakers in America.
