“My husband was searching for venues and we came across Kingsville Lodge. The location was perfect, a middle point between our families, out in the country, a breathtaking view, and a place we could have our wedding, reception and lodging in one location. The lodge was everything we dreamed it would be. The inside is gorgeous, the upstairs room was the perfect size and lighting for incredible getting ready photos! The ceremony was even more beautiful than I imagined. The lodge ceremony can be personalized anyway you decide which makes it unique for every couple! Sharyn was absolutely phenomenal through everything. She made sure the landscaper was there the day before we checked in to ensure the property was perfect for our special day and that the shed was full of wood for the fire! Sharyn pays attention to all of the small details so you as the happy couple don't have to. She made everything so easy for us, and the lodge is beautiful. We have gotten SO many compliments about our wedding photos and everyone asks where we got married because it was so beautiful! If you're looking for an intimate location with a breathtaking view making for a unique wedding, I highly recommend booking the Kingsville Lodge!”

“The Barn at Pineridge was a wonderful venue for our wedding! The owners, Jeremy and Melissa, were incredibly professional, efficient, and kind throughout the entire planning process. Their communication was top-notch, and they were always available to answer our questions, no matter how last-minute. On the day of, Jeremy drove guests around in the golf cart, which was a huge help, and Melissa was available to address any concerns we had. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a beautiful lake and creek nearby. It was a great value for the price, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to create beautiful memories on our special day. We are so grateful to Jeremy and Melissa for allowing us to use their property - we had the best day of our lives!”

“Tropical Paradise in Geauga County! I kept telling my husband when we were looking into venues, "I want somewhere close to the water that's peaceful and I want it to feel like paradise, but I want to get married not too far from home". Most of our family is from the area, so we wanted somewhere that we didn't have to travel super far either. I had been looking for DAYS and everything was either way too far, way too expensive, ehhh, or just not at all what I was thinking. My husband hopped on Google, and said "Hey, how about this place called Shangri-La?" I looked at the pictures and I was like "Where is this place?!" He said "5 minutes from us". I could NOT believe it! It was GORGEOUS! The pictures are amazing but don't do it justice. I immediately reached out to Pam and Rod who own Shangri-La with interest. They said we could come and look at it that day if we wanted! My husband and I went and fell in LOVE! So so beautiful, and they have clearly spared no expense on making it so elegant, beautiful, convenient, affordable, and just magical. They were so amazing to work with. I knew when we parked and walked down the walkway even only seeing a small area of the location that was it. That was the place we were meant to be married at. Pam and Rod were so unbelievably amazing to work with. So caring, so organized, so attentive. They even offered us to set off fireworks at the end of our wedding (we got married on the 4th of July). It was truly the best day of our lives. I didn't worry about a thing, everything went smoothly, and they were just so great to work with! I will absolutely be returning to Shangri-La in the future as they can accommodate you for any kind of gathering you have in mind! They even went the extra mile; I was in a very bad car accident about 2 weeks after my husband and I got back from our honeymoon. I was in the hospital for a days and had broken my neck and had surgery on my knee that left me re-teaching myself to walk. Somehow, Pam and Rod had found out that I was in a car accident, and they stopped over at our house with the sweetest care package and card. It truly made me cry. They are such sweet and wonderful people. And we had such an amazing visit. Pam and Rod are just such unbelievably genuine people. You just feel like you're "home" when you're at Shangri-La. I cannot say enough about Shangri-La and Pam and Rod <3”
