The property features ample green space for private events, in addition to river access, trails, wildlife viewing, and recreation. The estate features four homes with a total of 10 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms and can comfortably house 20 guests. The Middleburg property is only a 25 minute drive from Mount Pleasant and a 45 minute drive from Charleston proper.
