Whispering Waters Ranch is a family owned and operated wedding and events venue. Our mission is to offer our clients the very best experience when hosting their event here at WWR. Rick and Donna truly have poured their heart and sole into building this amazing venue for you to celebrate your special wedding day or event. One that will leave your guest talking about for months to come! Our outdoor ceremony area overlooks the 3 acre lake and is surrounded by 83 acres of lush natural landscape. With the modern farmhouse style venue and its sliding glass walls you and your guest can enjoy the same breathtaking views from within. Bringing the outdoors in! And yes, we do have a Plan B in case of rain. . .inside the venue hall where you as the bride can select to say your "I do's" in front of the fireplace or overlooking the lake! The venue has 18 tons of true commercial AC so you and your guest can enjoy the celebration even with the Texas heat!

Our 22-hour wedding day rental includes our 2800 square foot Event Barn that has 13 large, rustic round top tables that seat up to 10 guests each. Extra white tables and chairs are available if needed. There is a wet bar, as well as an attached well-equipped cold prep catering kitchen. The Event barn has a gorgeous deck overlooking the property for your ceremony or event extra dance and seating. We also have a stunning lakeside area, and a garden gazebo. That package comes with any outdoor ceremony site, and also a secluded cottage. Activities include recreation room with pool tables and large flat screen televisions, lake for fishing and/or swimming, and trails for hiking and biking. Outdoor games including volleyball and cornhole are also available.

Event Venue and multipurpose facility located in 35 acres on US HWY 380 at Greenville TX. The Party Venue has 8000 square feet of conditioned space with plenty of additional room outdoors with paved porches and parking. The Party Venue has 8000 square feet of out side party area with Artificial Turf and Gazebo The versatile space will accommodate Quinceaneras, Weddings, Receptions, Graduation parties, Retirement parties, Birthday parties, Reunions, Banquets, Memorials, Meetings, Corporate functions and School functions, etc.

There’s plenty of reasons for you to choose the Civic Center for your wedding but we’re really proud that we’re the LARGEST venue in the area. We can accommodate any size wedding up to 750 guests in our exhibit hall. We also have a great location just off Interstate 30 with plenty of free parking to host your guests. We also allow outside catering in our venue. If you don’t have a caterer in mind, we can help you find one! We will also help you finding local providers for different wedding services you may need.

The Black Oak is a new wedding venue in Sulphur Springs, Texas - just outside of Dallas- that offers an elegant and rustic setting for your big day. Country Ridge Cottage is a charming vintage rustic-style venue nestled on a 1.6-acre lot, offering a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings and various events. Indoor space can accommodate about 50 guests and the cottage features a brand new, spacious covered patio that can accommodate up to 100 guests, complemented by expansive outdoor grounds. With its rustic charm and picturesque setting, Country Ridge Cottage provides a beautiful backdrop for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike. The venue also offers 100 clear Chiavari chairs with white cushions, 60 white folding chairs, 8 tables for outdoor events, about 24 club-style chairs indoors, a bar table, and a sound system for added convenience and comfort.

Nestled in the country side of North Texas, the rustic sophisticated charm of HD Ranch is truly unique to the area with its accommodations. HD Ranch offers a stress free venue experience that generously includes onsite lodging for 3 full days! Our weekend package books you from Friday morning to Monday morning providing you with ample time and opportunity for set up and tear down. The home is fully furnished and equipped with a warming kitchen, bath towels and linens. We are able to sleep 12 in beds between the house and guest house. Enjoy private yard with pool, hot tub, grill and cedar cabana...perfect for your rehearsal dinner or Sunday Brunch with guests!

The Venue offers a bridal suite complete with h/m stations, smart tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with smart tv +mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space, an indoor chapel, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, (2) kitchens, bar kitchen, and a large catering kitchen. We have two sets of men’s and women’s restrooms, one set at each end of the building. We also have a fully handicap accessible restroom. We have on site lodging as well as a smaller venue for your rehearsal dinner.

Welcome to the Station featuring a rustic farmhouse feel with reclaimed shiplap walls and industrial concrete floors. Our tasteful antique accents are incorporated into the modest decor, making the space beautiful as it is, or easily elevated to more lavish events. Guest of The Station have full use of the foyer, bar, bridal and groom suites, large gathering room, inclusive farmhouse tables, additional seating and tables, bathrooms, sound system, and kitchen! In addition to these amenities, our guests frequently appreciate the functionality of our large rolling door that opens up onto the urban sidewalk of Downtown McKinney. Also appreciated by Station patrons is our open vendor policy, we encourage clients to seek out local resources to fulfill needs like catering, florist and other event-related resources. We are a Smithsonian Affiliated Museum in downtown McKinney. Built in1900 and established in 1970. We have 54 years of service! We have the Art-O-Mat which is a vintage machine repurposed for collectible art hence the Art-O-Mat! People travel all over the world and to McKinney to add to their art collections! The Heard Craig Art Center & Museum has private parking in downtown McKinney with a private garden, gazebo, and Carriage House. The private garden & Carriage House venue space is available to rent and our main house Museum offers group tours, luncheons, bridal tea, baby showers, and more!
