I've always loved music, and since 2003 I've met so many wonderful couples that turned me on to a world of music new to my ears that I still use to this day. I started out as a mobile DJ doing mostly class reunions but once I started doing the wedding circuit it became the only event that I wanted to do; 21 years later, I've dedicated myself to exclusively weddings, and with each one I learn a little bit more and embrace the experiences. “I worked in the Houston luxury wedding scene for years so when I first got engaged I messaged my dream vendors from the area which of course included TFOTK. We decided pretty early on that we were actually going to have a destination wedding so I messaged Sean, thanked him for the quote, and started looking for other bands similar to them in France. I then received an email from Sean telling me “not to count them out!” and that they would do whatever needed to be done to be there! That really set the tone for the entire experience I had with them, whatever we needed to be done they were there to support! Next thing I know we had a 5 piece band ready to perform in the French countryside. My personal and work life made planning take a back seat more than once and during that time Sean was always so understanding. We ended up telling them that we trusted them completely and to just make the set whatever they wanted, which is one of the best things we could do. They knew I loved Taylor Swift so they made a whole Taylor Swift Mash up. They figured out my parents first dance song and played that with a special dedication to them (brought multiple people to tears). They let one of my best friends on the mic to sing a karaoke song that we all had fond memories of. We danced all night long and at the end of the night people were asking me for the bands info to book for their events. Booking with them was one of the best wedding decisions I made and I could not be more thankful for their patience, kindness, and willingness to make the day perfect. Each band member was so incredibly talented and a pleasure to be around. You can tell that they only hire the best of the best. Im currently on my flight home from my honeymoon brainstorming another event I could have so we can party with them again!”

“Wow! Wow! Wow! I am pretty much speechless because this band is THAT good. I first want to compliment, Greg Williams, the owner of Uptown Drive. From booking all the way through wedding day, he was nothing but responsive, respectful and a pleasure to work with. As for the reception, they made it what it was! I think what is incredible about them is they entertain everyone (not only those dancing on the dance floor) because every song is a TRUE performance. I am not lying when i say this, every time I have seen someone that attended my wedding, every one of them (young or old) comment on how great the band was. FYI I'm three months out from my wedding, so I've seen a lot of my guests since then. They played the right music while everyone was eating and visiting and knew exactly how to transition to dance floor time by doing a conga line. They let my husband and I get on stage and sing which we will remember and cherish forever. They came out into the crowd and let out our guest sing. They came out in the crown and danced with us! “DJ American Rob was a phenomenal addition to our wedding. From the start he ensured that his sole purpose for our wedding was to do everything that he could to help us have the best day ever. Rob is a strong communicator and has everything planned down to the wire. With a lot of time leading up to the ceremony he came to the grooms suite and filled me in on what to expect from today. Gave me a lot of words of encouragement, he’s very personable and has a great personality which makes him a real fun person to be around. When the wedding kicked off I never worried about a thing because I knew from our previous conversations and seeing his positive attitude that he knew how to handle everything. As well when the reception had begun he had asked us what we wanted to drink and made sure it was at our table when we were seated. He is really good at coordinating with the photographer and other vendors on site as well. This was the most important day of our lives and without Rob it never could have been what it was. Do not hold back on finding a good DJ, they make all the difference in how the day flows. I would strongly reccomend Rob as he has done so many weddings and seen so much. “I was a little iffy about having a band, I was so worried about people not dancing or not having a fun time. Boy was I wrong. This band was absolutely incredible!!! I had so many people asking me their name and commenting on how fun it was. My sister told me she has never been to a wedding where people never left the dance floor. The band really made this wedding amazing. Due to covid we only had about 53 people total and we were so worried for nothing. The band had me the groom up on stage singing and dancing with them. We had gone through their list of songs and marked which ones we liked/disliked, but with all the craziness of the wedding I never got around to sending it. This made me even more nervous because I hoped they wouldnt play things no one liked. Again, so wrong. They knew exactly what to play, they played classic rock, current pop, 90's music, some Motown, R&B, Sinatra for dinner set. They knew what would get people dancing. My husband who is a huge Alabama fan got pulled up on stage to sing sweet home Alabama. He loved it! Mark was incredible as well. He never minded to talk with me on the phone about our goals/worries for the wedding. He gave me the best piece of advice that if the bride and groom are having fun, the rest will follow and he was definitely right. We both agreed all night that this was the perfect choice. We were absolutely blown away with them! Definitely a must book for your wedding.”
