You may arrive four hours before your ceremony and get ready in our spacious bridal party suites. Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston. Houston Hall is a rustic wedding venue in New York, New York. Built in 1907, this former FBI parking garage has since been reconstructed as a vintage beer hall and brewery. Exposed brick, wooden beams, hand-painted murals and high ceilings with skylights offer the perfect environment for your wedding day and reception. This venue space features a unique, large and open-spaced floor plan. Houston Hall has the ability to accommodate up to 225 guests comfortably when seated. In addition, we have a spacious, private dressing room that overlooks the hall. This is where you can get ready before your walk down the aisle. Guests will be able to take in the warm, vintage environment of Houston Hall as they walk around the naturally lit, open space.

From the dining room’s muted tones and white tablecloths to the ever-changing offerings steeped in traditional flavor pairings and techniques — it is both a neighborhood restaurant as well as a celebratory destination. Our menu changes daily, featuring seasonal, simple food with influences from Southern France and Italy. At King, wrote Pete Wells in his 2018 review, “what you really notice is how many little moves they know that can raise a recipe from good to exceptional.” All catering, including food and beverage services, is handled in-house. King is an ideal venue for couples looking for an intimate celebration with a classic Soho feel and West Village charm. Our seated capacity is 36 guests. Additionally, we can accommodate up to 65 guests for a standing reception-style wedding.

Our food menu is Mediterranean-inspired and includes an eclectic assortment of small, but shareable bites.
