Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is the exclusive, in-house caterer at Gateway Convention Center. Although we do not allow outside food and beverage, we do make exceptions for wedding cakes. We offer elopements, microweddings, and three comprehensive full-wedding packages. Heritage on Broadway also offers non-wedding rental packages with a four-hour minimum.
