Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, the staff's communication style was professional, accommodating, and responsive via email. The venue itself is spacious and has an elegant layout with plenty of options to customize the space to our vision. On the day of our wedding, they had a dedicated manager on duty for the entire event, which provided us with peace of mind. They also arranged for security and made it easy for us to pay them separately, which was a nice added touch. While we were able to use our own vendors, we made sure to provide Legends Hall with the list ahead of time so they could approve everyone. Overall, Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake exceeded our expectations and helped make our special day truly unforgettable.

I am a November 2024 bride. Although I reside in Georgia, being a born and raised Texan, I always knew my wedding would be in Texas. One of the largest decision factors on my venue selection, had to be an all inclusive venue with great communication. Upon my initial meeting with Aristide, I knew I had found the one. Not only was the venue beautiful but the staff was very knowledgeable and responsive! However, during my planning, my planner had changed and being 800 miles away, at first this change made me apprehensive. I had already began the planning process with someone that would no longer be able to coordinate my big day, which had made me uneasy (if i'm honest). However, after my first meeting with my planner Whitney Rosimini, all my reservations were put to rest! She answers ALL my emails within in 24-48 hours, she has made herself available via text, phone, ZOOM, etc. I was luckily able to make a trip out to Texas to meet with her in person and we instantly clicked. She has calmed my stress levels and has given me confidence that she will do her absolute best to make sure our big day goes off without a hitch. I can not say enough good things about her! If you are hesitant on whether or not to book WWE, as someone who has been in contact with the company for over a year and a half now, I can say, it was 100% the best decision I could've ever made.

Little did we know it would be one of the greatest decisions that we made for our special day. We then got paired with our Wedding Coordinator Kait B. When we met with Kait we let her know that we had an outside planner that would be working with her and she worked really well with her. Kait was such a joy to work with, she helped to make some of the most stressful situations seem like nothing at all. We highly appreciate all that Kait did for us. Our wedding day on August 19, 2023 at The Venetian Terrace was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped onto the premises to the final gondola exit, every detail was executed flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. This was the only wedding venue we viewed and we put a deposit down the very next morning. Laura McMasters, the wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her professionalism, friendliness, and expertise made the entire planning process a breeze. She was always ready to accommodate our requests and ensured that every aspect of our special day was tailored to our vision. Laura's warm and respectful demeanor made working with her a joy, and her meticulous attention to detail truly paid off. We began planning our wedding only 3 months before the big day, and Laura was instrumental in ensuring that our wedding went perfectly. The outdoor setting for our ceremony was breathtaking. Surrounded by the natural beauty of The Venetian Terrace and the surrounding Mandalay Canal, we exchanged vows under the open sky, which added an enchanting touch to the moment. The gondola exit was an absolute showstopper and left our guests in awe. It was a picturesque conclusion to our ceremony, and the Venetian-inspired ambiance added an unforgettable touch of romance. The reception venue itself was a work of art. The elegant decor, the beautiful greenery, and the spacious layout made it the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We received countless compliments from our guests about the stunning setting, and it truly set the mood for an unforgettable evening. Now, let's talk about the food. The salmon and beef tenderloin were culinary delights. The quality and taste exceeded our expectations, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious meal. This venue was the perfect size for us, and naturally beautiful on its own! The whole team was very communicative throughout the whole process, and especially towards the end when we were mainly in contact with our event coordinator. Our wedding planner was primarily Payton, she was great! She made sure she had all the details perfect for us. We worked with Olivia with Design Haus for floral, and even though they had never seen the type of color combination we wanted before, she managed to pull it together and give us the exact design we wanted with everything!! The floral was absolutely beautiful! We worked with Alex with Erin Blair makeup and she paid very close attention to detail, and was very patient, fixing any little thing we wanted! Our DJ was Aiden, and he was amazing at making the many genres we chose coordinate and flow together. The whole staff/team at the venue was perfectly on time, and had everything setup when it needed to be. Jenny Layne Bakery did a great job, the cake was what we wanted, and it tasted AMAZING (highly recommend the "most popular" flavor). Then we have our event coordinator, RAVEN! She was a literal HERO! Right from the moment we started working with her, she was always available no matter what time of day it was, by text message. She worked hard to get everything exactly how we wanted it, and even helped us set up our own personal decorations that we had brought. She was extremely helpful the entire day, making sure everyone knew where to go and what to do, and making sure we had everything we needed! During taking some photos just 30 minutes before the ceremony my dress train got dirty, very noticeably dirty. We couldn't get the dark streaks off of the dress, so we asked Raven for help. She comes in with chalk, and gets every single mark (there was a lot of them!!!) completely covered and made it look absolutely perfect! Literally saved the day!
