We at Bailey Farms Barn & Venue are very detailed oriented with a very casual atmosphere and our goal is that you can say “I truly enjoyed my wedding” not “it went so fast it was over before it started”.

“This venue is simply amazing! When you arrive, you are immediately transported to a country paradise. The thought and detail that has gone into the landscaping is impeccable and this gives your photographer unlimited options for photos. Then you walk into the tent and are transported yet again to a chic, but still rustic oasis. Again the amount of thought that went into the details of the inside of the tent are incredible. Plus they have plenty of decorations for you to use if you choose to do so. The cost of the venue doesn’t break the budget and you get a lot of bang for your buck here. But the best part of this venue is the staff. This is a family run venue and they have put a lot of love, sweat, and tears into making this place amazing and it shows. They were in constant communication about things and had several meetings to go over the details of the big day. They were also very helpful the day of the wedding. I can’t sing their praises enough! Iris Aisle is a Victorian greenhouse that sits amongst our cedar grove in Madison County, Iowa. We built Iris Aisle ourselves, around the idea of creating a sanctuary where nature lovers could come to feel at home and be surrounded by medicinal plants and herbs and all of nature’s wonder, inside and out. Simplicity is our goal here, so we only host events of 75 or fewer people. We knew we wanted this place to be geared toward smaller weddings, because there is no other place in Iowa that does. So many venues want to go big or go home, but that’s not us. Instead, we want to shift the mindset of what this day is truly about, how true connection with those you love the most is deeply important.
