New Water Farms sits on a peninsula of 22 acres with a panoramic view of Lake Martin and is a gorgeous location for a wedding. We offer a beautiful indoor and/or outdoor venue. Our venue provides a rustic, unique and memorable setting for your special day. The classic view offers a premier location for your waterfront wedding, whether it’s a pull-out-all-the-stops elegant affair for 250 or a smaller rustic celebration. The charming outdoor amenities and grounds provide excellent photo opportunities for your wedding ceremony! It is our desire to make your dreams come true here at New Water Farms.

We are a new venue in Warm Springs, Georgia. We have two options for weddings- a fully enclosed chapel or outside in front of our beautiful arbor. We also have a covered porch for the reception. We have a separate bridal suite with 5 vanity stations, a groom's room, restrooms, and a kitchen. The Venue includes an enclosed 2,200-square-foot chapel, men's and women's restrooms, a prep kitchen, and a groom’s suite. Attached to the event space is a covered 2,400 square-foot porch. There is also a separate 800-square-foot bridal suite. The venue can accommodate 150 total guests. Weddings can be held at the outdoor ceremony site or in the fully enclosed chapel.

With enough space to accommodate hundreds of guests, a brick aisle-way, and a large, classic, southern porch. The home is iconic, historic and breathtaking, just a light touch of decor is all you need to create an unforgettable event.

Our venue is former radio station with picturesque view of the pine mountain. It boasts 13 bedrooms and 8 baths to accommodate most of your guests. It has one family style kitchen and a chef’s kitchen. Home has a movie theater, spa room, banquet room, game room and lots of creative space for your special day.

Established in 1967, Lake Pines began as a 20-site, family-operated campground in rural East Columbus, GA. An old barn served as the site's recreation center, hosting many covered dish dinners, parties, and square dances. Since that time, the owners, Connie and Kenny McCutchen, have poured their love of event planning and the great outdoors into the Lake Pines Event Center. Here, you will find a wonderful venue filled with stained glass windows, antiques, and rustic beauty that can’t be found anywhere else in the area.
