Memories are kept forever in the photos from your beautiful wedding day at our picturesque venue site. Our venue is conveniently located off the scenic and historical La Bahia Trail, (FM 390 W), and less than an hour from Houston, Katy and Bryan and College Station.

Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be rented to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables for your use (or we can arrange for rounds). We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Stand out from the rest and hold your celebration in a venue steeped in history.
