The Dollhouse Tearoom is a smaller, intimate upscale garden-themed tearoom. Full of whimsical decor and antique furniture, you can contract us to serve traditional afternoon English-style tea service or bring your own caterer. We're best suited for bridal showers and other events rather than full wedding ceremonies.

Rooted in the rich history of San Antonio, the historic Menger Hotel reigns as the oldest continuously operating hotel west of the Mississippi. Artisan is a distillery and brewery where we make all our distilled spirits on site and brew our beer off site. All our alcohol is made by us and are original creations by our master distillery and our alchemists. All our cocktails are hand-crafted creations that will impress everyone. Artisan is located near the historic downtown area of San Antonio. The entire in-door space is around 3,000 sq. ft. The main bar area (1,500sq ft) is decorated very elegantly with crystal chandeliers and sofas, has a 20 ft bar and can seat 40 people, but can hold comfortably 60 people. We have a second inside space, our Lounge, that can seat 50 people at dining tables and has an 8ft x 16ft stage. In addition to our inside space, we have a large 3,500 sq ft patio that that is 60% covered, is casual and tropical with many plants, has another 8ft x 16ft stage and seats 150 people. The entire space (main bar, Lounge, and patio) can be leased or just the Lounge area - perfect for smaller parties.

Our Gardenside location features a ballroom that can accommodate up to 290 people. For ceremonies, choose between the intimate arbor outside or the covered Gardenside Pavilion. Our packages also include a wedding day manager (coordinator) who organizes each event and ensures that the wedding schedule flows in a timely manner.

West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces. The venue features four luxurious suites on massive balconies, two kitchens to make any chef jealous and a spectacular sound system in virtually every room. A new 4100 sq ft patio cantilevers over the edge of the lake with a 40’x40’ tent included in the deal for celebrations and dining lakeside.
