“Sweet as honey floral was excellent to work with for an elopement photo shoot. I am a wedding photographer and we gave her minimal guidance like "neutrals and not too tight" haha but even with limited instructions, she NAILED it! The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and better than what I had hoped for. She even made a floral pocket square (p.s. consider this instead of boutonniere's! “Yanique is innovative, brilliant, sweet, and an absolute light in the room. The first conversation I had with this woman, I wanted to work with her. You speak with her, and you can hear her smile; you can tell how passionate she is about this work. In that first conversation, she listened to all the varying thoughts I tried to communicate, and she turned them into ideas. I had about five conversations with Yanique where I said, “I think where I’m struggling is - I don’t know what I want.” I thought I did! I said I liked wildflowers! I said I hated roses! But then she’d show me a bouquet, and I’d say, “oh I like that piece,” and she’d say, “okay…so that’s a rose, just a different color rose.” She was so incredibly patient with my naivety, and she walked me through every possible option we could do.
