What began as a venture for pretty sentiments for family and friends, grew into what is now The Rising Dough bakery! It brings me so much joy that I get to play even a small role in so many special occasions! Custom cookies are very much a labor of love to me. We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Fluff Gourmet Cotton Candy was born in 2017 from a YouTube black hole. Little did I know that the series of videos about cotton candy would lead to a business that I love! I have been an artist my entire life, and Fluff has given me such a creative outlet.

Weddings are my love! I have been happily married for 25 years and I enjoy helping couples and event planners achieve desirable cake designs with superb tastes full of moistness & flavor. I love to elevate events with statement making desserts! My skills include my positive attitude and honesty.
