Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!! The best decision we made for our wedding was choosing 618. There are not enough wonderful things to say about 618! We were all completely blown away. The communication, professionalism, service, the food, the ambience… absolutely everything was perfect. Our guests have not stopped raving about our wedding. It was truly a dream. The day ran so smoothly. From the cocktail hour to dessert, everything was absolutely delicious. An unexpected plus was that they also packed up EVERY little thing for us. We were able to come back the next day and take all of our centerpieces, leftover food, our painting, anything extra we left behind. They treat every thing with such care, it was truly incredible. Every person I talk to, I recommend to 618 for them for ANY event they will have or even just to go for dinner. 618 never disappoints!

It is hard to pick what to highlight about this absolutely fantastic venue, because everything from start to finish was incredible. From the venue tour, to the planning process, to the tastings and finally our big day, the Park Chateau staff was absolutely incredible. We were overwhelmed by the professionalism of each and every member of their team, as well as the over the top attention to detail and presentation. Our guests continue to rave about their experience which was a huge priority for my husband and I. Cannot recommend enough, and are extremely thankful for the help from Devon, Kayla & Benjamin who served as our direct points of contact at the venue and were wonderful to work with! Let me start off by saying our wedding was absolutely perfect and everything I envisoned. Marybeth and her team are amazing! Marybeth is very responsive to all emails and makes the wedding process so easy along the way. From the moment you step in the Reception Center til the last day you walk out you are treated like royalty. The place is beautiful and the food is exceptional! All our guests kept telling us throughout the night how good the food was!!! My husband and I absolutely loved all the staff and our maitre D (Amina) and our captain ( Nicole) were incredible! We highly recommend this place for your next event or wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge in June of 2023 and it went above and beyond every expectation that we had. All the NJ wedding venues that we toured before Frogbridge (6 total) were either country clubs or over the top ballrooms, and we couldn’t find a place that felt right. I wanted somewhere with natural beauty (with both indoor and outdoor spaces,) not over the top (but definitely not inelegant,) and somewhere with amazing food. My only hesitation with booking Frogbridge was that my brother-in-law and sister-in-law got married there in 2017 (before I met my husband) and I felt like I should have ‘my own venue’ since that was ‘their place’. Looking back I realize that was silly and I’m thankful that my in-laws spoke so highly of WOTW @ Frogbridge and convinced me to check it out on my own. In November 2021, I met with Jim who gave me a tour of the Frogbridge grounds and I immediately fell in love and knew that it was the place for me. It was classy with both indoor space (which was recently renovated!) and stunning outdoor space. It was family-run, and it was the same chef from my in-laws wedding who I had heard about from my husband and in-laws for years about how amazing the food was. When I reached out a few days later to book, I didn’t have to beg for a date two years out like a lot of venues still backed up from Covid were making couples do, and when I had a problem with my church not confirming my ceremony date, they assured me that they would do whatever they could to secure a date that worked for us if we needed to change our original one. One of the things I loved was that all pricing was visible ONLINE. So many venues require you to meet in person so they can go over pricing for dates. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, are all different prices but they are all listed directly on their website so you know exactly how much you will be paying, before you even take a tour. (Tax is included in that price so you’re not doing unnecessary math like some of these other venues require you to do.) Everything was upfront and honest. We also loved that we were in charge of supplying our own alcohol. We could pick exactly what we wanted and Frogbridge worked with a local vendor who helped us pick what we needed, took care of the delivery a few days prior, and returned all unopened cans/bottles after our wedding so we were only charged for what was used. Wedding planning can be stressful but our WOTW Coordinator, Danielle, made everything so easy- from introducing us to vendors, to helping us pick our decor, and organizing and helping us with every single question we had. She was awesome and we loved working with her! On our reception day, not only did the staff cater to us, the bride and groom - but they really made everyone in our wedding party, our families, and friends feel like they were receiving 5-star treatment. My family and friends still tell us how amazing the food was and how they loved sitting outside looking at the beautiful lake. I genuinely hope that one day one of my family members or friends gets married there so I can experience it all over again as a guest. Our wedding at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge was exceptional and truly one of the greatest days of our lives. Everything and everyone was so incredible throughout the entire process and we can’t recommend this venue enough!

Rachael and her team were absolutely amazing for our wedding whenever I had a question about the venue I knew I would get a very quick response from Rachael days leading up to the wedding. We kept our eye out on the forecast, hoping to have the ceremony outside in the garden however, with the rain we had to have it inside, but it was still absolutely perfect, they were able to get it, so that way you didn’t see everything underneath the tent during the ceremony and most of the time you didn’t even know they were there.

Overall, their communication was great - there were a few delays early on, but as we got within 2-3 weeks of the wedding, they were on top of everything and made sure we had all the information we needed. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and they gave us the flexibility to make the space our own. The wedding coordinator and event manager went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect - I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding, as they took care of every last detail. Similar to the Main Dining Room it features two solid glass garage doors that open, in addition to the two sliding glass doors on the right hand wall. This room can accommodate roughly 30 guests. The Turtle Room is located on our second floor, and accommodates 20 guests. This room boasts an upscale relaxing environment coupled with the benefits of a private space. And last, we have our Starfish Room, this room allows roughly 30 guests. The Starfish and Turtle room are connected to each other with private restrooms and a small bar located at the center of the room.

I can't speak enough about how easy it was to work with everyone at 26 West. They let us tweak the menu for our rehearsal dinner, and with views of the Navesink from upstairs it was a great night. The service was spot on, and in a day and age where there is a shortage of staff, they made sure everything was taken care of. Anything that anyone else needed they were on top of.

My wife and I got married in Princeton in August, and we hosted a dinner / welcome party at Ficus on a Friday evening. We cannot recommend it highly enough for an event! Every course of dinner was phenomenal, and it felt like we were getting 5-star quality food at a very reasonable price. The smoked salmon canapes, ratatouille, seabass, potato croquettes, desserts - all superb (and that's not even half of the things we ate!). The h'ors d'oeuvres were also delicious, and the service was extremely friendly - Quinta and the team were great to work with prior to the event as well. The space itself was perfect, with a good amount of room on the outdoor patio and plenty of space inside. (We had 80 people at the event). Perfect for folks who might be a little more COVID-cautious and prefer to eat outside. If you want to host an event in Princeton, Ficus is a great spot.

We booked the Nassau Inn because it was located in Princeton (a family friendly and walkable town in NJ) and offered great packages. The food was amazing and beyond our expectations. The bartenders were friendly. Our guests had made so many positive comments! Also, having the cake included was a huge time saver for us, and we enjoyed working with a local bakery who were very accommodating. The Peacock Inn was the perfect charming venue for our post-wedding brunch. Julie was friendly and professional to coordinate with, responding to emails quickly to help plan the details. We booked out their cozy restaurant space for the morning after our wedding, and it was the perfect, warm setting for guests to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. The beautiful flowers out front and inviting interior matched the excellent food and service. Guests raved about what a nice time they had and in particular loved the french toast we ordered. We enthusiastically recommend The Peacock Inn for hosting a post-wedding brunch!

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Sheraton Eatontown and our whole entire day was nothing but exceptional. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions and made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Corey was our maître d and was amazing the day of as well. We received so many compliments on the beautiful venue we chose and how delicious the food was!! THANK YOU to Lauren and everyone at the Sheraton who made sure we had the best day!!

The Ashford Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the beginning, their communication was incredibly responsive and attentive. They ran a full-service operation and helped coordinate our special day perfectly - their service was truly unmatched. The space was absolutely stunning, and the food was incredible. The place felt grand, but they made it feel like our home for our celebration. We knew how great the staff was from working with them directly, but we also received so many compliments from our guests on how kind, organized, and attentive they were. They were flexible, professional, and so accommodating throughout the entire process. They made our day so special, and we couldn't recommend The Ashford Estate enough. If you're considering it, this is your sign to book it - it's the best venue ever!

There could not have been a better venue for our wedding reception than The Renaissance! We did a small, intimate destination wedding and then had a big ole wedding reception at this venue. Simply put, Falco’s Catering goes above and beyond. Alissa was who we met with first - so thorough, easy and fun to communicate with, super accommodating, and transparent from start to finish. It was such a warm welcome from our first meeting, so we knew this was our spot and these were the people to work with! The event itself went off without a hitch. The food was top notch!! All of our guests were clearly enjoying it all. We did not have to worry about a thing thanks to Lisa, our Maitre d! We danced the night away! Such an amazing time. Thank you Alissa, Lisa, and all staff at Falco’s Catering for making it a night we will never forget.

Updike Farmstead was a picturesque, breathtaking backdrop for our wedding and we could not have imagined a more beautiful place to say “I do”! It's taken me a couple months to write this review since getting married at Park Loft in May because I just haven't felt I had the words to adequately express how perfect this venue and their entire team was. Our wedding day exceeded even our own expectations and was absolutely flawless. I expected a little hiccup somewhere along the way, but there were none. The entire team we worked with were true professionals and had the whole process down to a tee. Our director, Allie, was beyond organized and accommodating, helping us throughout the entire planning process. Chef Thomas is incredible and so invested in ensuring all the food was delicious. Everyone who attended went out of their way to tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. If you are considering booking with Park Loft, all I can say is DO IT!! You will not regret it and you and all your guests will be blown away by the all around perfection of Park Loft.

The Palace at Somerset Park was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Their staff was organized, friendly, and very knowledgeable, making the event flow seamlessly. The venue itself was clean, beautiful, and stunning - the ballrooms were spacious with gorgeous chandeliers that made for a romantic atmosphere. The food was also fantastic. The value was well worth what we paid, as they attended to every detail to ensure our special day went off without a hitch. Their attentive and friendly servers made sure our glasses were always full and that we were able to simply enjoy ourselves with our guests. I would highly recommend The Palace for any couple looking for a venue that contributes to an unforgettable wedding day.

Wow, where do I even start with this review. I am so thankful I was able to have my wedding at Rats Restaurant at Grounds for Sculpture. When you enter Rats you walk into a fairytale-like location. The venue is absolutely beautiful and unlike any wedding venue I have ever seen. The service at Rats is 10/10, every single person working our wedding was wonderful and our guests couldn’t stop telling us how kind all of the workers were. The food and drinks were delicious. Most importantly, the event coordinator, Kathy, will put your wedding planning stress at complete ease. She is so sweet, puts her heart into her work, is easy to contact, and because of this she made our wedding day perfect. Planning a wedding with Rats is guaranteeing a beautiful event for yourself and I couldn’t recommend them more.
