Though my two little ones are a handful in themselves, I love experimenting in the kitchen mixing and matching ingredients and creating my own specialty recipes. In my spare time, I also enjoy spending time with friends, family, shopping and working out (good thing because I love to eat).

Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Delish Cakes creates custom cakes and sweets for any occasion, and we love to make each order just as special as the clients who order them! Everything is created in small batches and made just for you. We do Cakes, cake pops, custom sugar cookies, sweet tables, cupcakes and more.

I am a home baker. Based in Chicago. My business model is to get to know my clients to have a better understanding of what type of cakes they like. Then I sketch few cake options for them around their budget. This allows me to give a complete customized and a cake that represents their individuality. The Original Rainbow Cone has been a staple in Chicago for over 95 years! Welcome to Molly's Cupcakes! Ms. Molly was my third-grade teacher. Whenever my classmates or I had a birthday, she would bake us cupcakes.
