Furber Farm, with its Italianate home, has a rich history dating back to the town's founding. Transformed into a gorgeous wedding venue in 2010, this unique space retains its historic charm while offering modern amenities.

Our ol' 10 acre charm farm dates back to before MN was a state in the abstract. It's been in Brady’s family since the summer of '69 and we plan to keep it that way for generations to come. The original family that homesteaded the property came from Czechoslovakia. They built the hand-hewn log cabin on a boulder foundation and owned it for 112 years. Brady grew up in the home since '87 which has transformed over time into the gem that we have today. We kickstarted our journey at GarageTown LLC with our wedding in August, 2021. The Capitol Room is located in the newly renovated historic armory of Saint Peter, Minnesota built-in 1913. The main ballroom is resplendent with over twenty chandeliers and hundreds of twinkling Edison bulbs all under a beautiful original wooden barrel-vaulted ceiling. Our beautiful facility has plenty of free, front door parking and features a Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up 800 guests (13,000 sq feet) or can be divided in two, for separate events of up to 400 guests. We have a large, comfortable lobby area and a state of the art 6,000 square foot kitchen staffed by our full-time culinary team.

With the open floor plan and the atmosphere of an east coast art gallery, tables and chairs can be set up for whatever needs your event might have. Studio324 can host approximately 80 people for a sit down meal using round dinner tables or closer to 110 with a more informal cocktail set up. A projector and sound system are also available for rent to keep the ideas flowing. The rental rate for the studio is $850 (Fri-Sat) or $650 (Sun-Thur) for up to six hours of time. As an extra touch, our custom built-in Mahogany bar edged with historic volkstead mirror glass.
