The expansive building features three separate banquet halls, all of which can be combined to accommodate larger gatherings. The East Room is the venue’s smallest space and provides a cozy setting for up to 80 people. The helpful staff can easily join the East, Oak, and West Rooms into a combination that best suits the desired needs and capacity. Linking all three rooms allows for a large dance floor and gives 500 guests ample room to mix and mingle.

The gorgeous ballroom features elaborate crystal chandeliers, elegant draperies, state of the art audiovisual technology, and a balcony overlooking the quaint cityscape of Elkhart below. The stately space boasts 18-22-foot ceilings embellished with ornate moldings and trim throughout. Original element of the 1928 Armory construction and subsequent Newman Recreations Center were incorporated into the even space renovation to provide the perfect blend of past and present.Iron-barred doors used to secure armers and thick concrete walls reinforced with brick to accommodate the National Guard Armory and shooting range lend a rustic industrial aesthetic. Wood from the recreation center bleachers line the dramatic bar and the orginial hardwood floor was dressed up to grace the ballroom. The vaulted timber ceilings and exposed truss work allow the dazzling period chandeliers an opportunity to lend an air of elegance to the urban decor.
