He confidently set up multiple PA's, mic'd our officiant and guest singer, and setup the most amazing lighting rig that would put most nightclubs in Austin to shame. Davey is a true professional and seemed to do everything with ease. During the actual ceremony he MC'd throughout the night, i.e. introducing the officiant, providing a segue-way to the toast, and politely directing our guests to dessert. He did so in an easy yet confident tone that was completely cringe-free. Musically, we were so happy with what Davey played. We requested a mix of well-known party-starters but noting too basic or over-played. He came with sophisticated remixes of old faves and served up some great 90's throwbacks as well. He then transitioned toward more contemporary dance music territory which setup our headlining DJ perfectly. Davey is anything but a basic wedding DJ with lame tunes and a cheap tux. If you're looking for someone who really gets it, is a breeze to work with, and honestly cares about your big event- you've found the one.”

“We cannot recommend DJ Neema enough. He is the BEST of the best. As a musician and dancer and coming from American (Texan) and Indian backgrounds, the music for our wedding was very important to us. Historically, we’ve found wedding DJs to be subpar. Between the poor choice in songs and the lack of beat matching ability, we‘ve always had critiques about the DJs when we attend weddings. From the initial consultation to the wedding day itself, DJ Neema was dedication to making the musical experience authentic and meaningful. Initially, we interviewed two DJs and DJ Neema stood out with his impeccable mix that seamlessly blended our eclectic music tastes, from Houston rap to Bollywood hits. On the wedding day, he worked his magic, keeping the dance floor alive the entire time — keep in mind that this was a daytime and a completely dry wedding! His ability to read the crowd and curate the perfect vibe for the event was truly impressive. When it started sprinkling, neither our guests nor DJ Neema wanted to stop so with the help from some friends, they constructed a cover for DJ Neema’s set up with a table cloth and dry cleaning plastic and kept the party going (see pic)! Just incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our wedding day unforgettable. We booked him for both the reception of our wedding and for the rehearsal dinner. He kept the crowd on the dance floor and we received so many compliments on the music choice! This was mainly due to Jose's great personality and ability to read the room. There was a mistake on the 'walking down the aisle' song, but that was more on us for not sending the exact version of the song we wanted.
