Meet Beech Hill Barn! Located 1 hour north of Portland and nestled on a hilltop surrounded by rolling fields and forests with views for miles. The numerous barn doors help bring the outside in with a view of the wildflower filled fields, woodland, rolling hills and open sky. The barn is rustic, and grand, with 2 large decks, acres of grassy space, and a large covered pavilion to enjoy the outdoor space. At Le Barn we take pride in the work we do. Le Barn is a one-stop shopping. We provide rentals such as linens, chair covers, glassware, sashes, and more.

Maine's only greenhouse event venue exclusively designed for wedding receptions and ceremonies. 2021 marks 72 years of Highland Farm’s history in Scarborough, Maine. From the beginning, the property has been operating as a greenhouse. In fact, in the 1800’s, Highland Farm was the largest supplier of cut flowers in the Northeast. Highland Farm is a family owned and operated business, and the undeniable sense of family and welcome energy is palpable the moment you step on the grounds. The saying is true here: “you come as strangers and leave as family.” The Greenhouse and The Farm has been run by 3rd generation owners, Joe and Christine since 2008, but Joe and Christine’s involvement in the farm runs far deeper than ownership. Our venue is a restaurant/brewery that is very open and airy. We have high ceilings and exposed wood beams. Our company was started by 3 Dads. They all live in Scarborough and have children in the Scarborough school system. 1 is the Brewer (Michael), 1 is the Builder (Tim) and one is the Executive Chef (Jeff). We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.

The Barn was originally built in the year 1830 in Oxford, Maine, and used to be a dairy farm and apple orchard owned by the Pratt family. In 2015, it was transformed into an idyllic wedding & special event venue. The 1830 Wedding Barn is a classic, New England gem set back off of Route 26, surrounded by Maine farmland. Inside of the barn you will see impressive hand hewn beams, original wooden floors and walls, and repurposed original antiques like the hanging apple orchard ladders, hay-claw chandelier, and the Hebron Academy milk cooler. The barn’s historic quality creates a unique experience for guests to celebrate any event. Outside of the barn you will see rolling hills, fields stretching to the edge of the woods, trees from the original apple orchard (which we still bake pies from!), and sunsets fading to the western side of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the outside areas of the existing apple orchard and surrounding grounds.
