We began our journey in 2015 with a dusty gravel pit and vision for a new home. The gem was the stunning 30 acre crystal clear lake. After purchasing the property we found ourselves hosting church activities and work functions as people truly loved being here. Slowly we began adding amenities to the property. First a huge rope swing, (that we have since taken down). It was fun watching the kids fly into the water. Then the 110’ water slide kept all the kids smiling as they splashed into the lake. Then in 2020 our daughter was engaged to a great guy. As she began looking for that special place to host her wedding we came to realize that it was right here. We wanted it to be a very special place and we went to work.

15-acre historic Tudor Revival estate with formal English gardens along the Grand River. Our elegant ballroom features crystal chandeliers and large picturesque windows. This historic Inn and ballroom combines classic elegance and a vintage feel, creating a timeless wedding experience that is unforgettable for couples and their guests. We have the perfect venue for summer and fall weddings with our vibrant gardens, or a magical winter occasion with snow covered grounds. While we host grand weddings of up to 200 guests, we also specialize in weddings as intimate as under 10 guests.

The historic Grand Ledge Opera House is the perfect location for weddings, receptions, holiday parties, special banquets, balls, reunions, and business meetings with ample free parking. It is located in downtown Grand Ledge alongside the Grand River. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evening and weekend tours can be arranged by special appointment. The building which is situated in downtown Grand Ledge on a beautifully landscaped area along the Grand River provides a picturesque setting for weddings, receptions, large gatherings, and community events. The Grand Hall on the main level and the Terrace Level with its large outdoor patio area and grounds are available to rent separately or as a single package to fit your needs.
