Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Beneath The Oaks, a family owned event venue, is located on 150 acres just south of the Colorado and Tres Palacios rivers near the town of Blessing, Texas. Starting out as a childhood home, this piece of property has been in the Piwonka family for just under 50 years. River Rendezview is a wedding venue nestled along the San Bernard River 60 miles south of Houston near Brazoria, Texas. Options abound to help make your day memorable including an 1800’s style Paddle Boat, River Grace Chapel, a 400-year-old oak tree, Party Barn and screened Patio/Deck overlooking the river. This venue can be your one-stop wedding shop; you bring the groom & dress and we can do the rest. Property includes a wedding chapel, restaurant, multiple reception areas plus a Bed & Breakfast. This venue is cozy and inviting and filled with elegant country charm. Facilities and Capacity This waterfront venue has a party barn that is ideal for a shabby chic wedding or country-style event, accommodating up to 400 people. There is also a large screened-in porch area adjacent to the river that allows for a unique outdoor patio wedding. It can be used as an extension of the party barn for cocktails and mingling, accommodating up to 250 guests.
