The beauty of The Loft At Walnut Hill Farm, LLC. is that in one location, couples may host both an indoor or outdoor ceremony followed by a reception. The venue has a Dutch Hoop Barn with a walk-in loft that’s nice for a ceremony or reception. The cottage doubles as a home base for the bridal party on the wedding day (to get ready or hang out a bit) as well as a place for the couple to stay the night of the wedding. Built in the late 1800’s, The Old Barn at Brown County has been restored with new flooring, romantic chandelier lighting and convenient onsite restrooms, all while maintaining its original rustic-charm. The barn provides 3,800 square feet of multi-functional space, beautiful views and privacy. The classic and simple lines of the barn allow you to create and design your own unique event no matter what your style. In addition to the barn, the Big Easy Log Cabin is also located on the property. The newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath cabin is the perfect size for you and your overnight accommodations. The 1880’s hand-hewed log cabin includes a wonderful wrap-around porch, sufficient get ready space, and a game room for you and your guests to enjoy. The Gala Barn schedules one wedding a weekend, with our wedding parties able to use the Gala Barn Friday morning to Sunday morning to prepare for the ceremony and reception as they would like. The Gala Barn allows couples to use the vendors they would like and provides amenities at no additional cost. Parking accommodations, two restrooms, 300 chairs, more than 40 tables, and various decorations are provided. A bar location, serving table, and refrigerator are available. The Gala Barn has more than 4500 sq. ft. of space on three levels with a suggested capacity of 250 with fans and heat. The Gala Barn has an attached deck leading to a private room in the silo, a walkout patio, and several locations for outside ceremonies. The Gala Barn is an old fashioned setting for new beginnings.
