At Hayloft on the Arch we are more than just a DIY venue. We offer extensive coordinating with any package you choose. That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc. And the day of? Aunt Suzie can rest - we have it all under control! You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications. We are on site from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.

Our venue was originally used for pilot simulation training. Picture a 2,500 sq ft ceiling to floor windows located in upstate New York which is complemented by our picturesque changing of each 4 season. When you get married at Ashling, you get the entire property to yourself. From your rehearsal to your day-after brunch, it's all yours. We handle the tent, tables, chairs, and bathroom trailer. Plus we have a wedding coordinator on-site for you, along with unique accommodations for 20 people. You choose your caterer and DJ, and we make it happen.

We also offer servers and bartenders for passed or buffet-style functions. We have a full liquor bar including beer and wine. Martinis, Manhattans, Cabernets & Bottled Beer is just a few choices of alcohol that you can choose from for your event. We can also do a custom drink menu to fit your needs.
