The historic Columbia Collective by Landmark Event Co is a pillar of Woodinville Wine History. Occupied by Columbia Winery for decades, the building was the site of many firsts for Woodinville wine country. Landmark Event Co. is honored to re-open the venue to the Woodinville wine community and to the greater Seattle area for special events! This venue features three distinct spaces: the Ballroom, which can host up to 650 guests; the Barrel Room with a capacity of 800; and the Tasting Room can accommodate 350. The whole venue can hold up to 1,800 guests.

Fox Hollow Farm features two country estate settings located in the foothills of Issaquah’s mountains, just 30 minutes outside of downtown Seattle. Manicured gardens, wooded hills, a rustic barn and trickling creek surround the historic 1940s manor, available for overnight stays for you and your guests. Fox Hollow is a working farm growing produce and herbs year-round for the Landmark farm-to-table catering program. These crops provide delicious, locally grown produce for our seasonal menus.

Thunder Ridge Events is located in Maple Valley, WA . It offers both indoor and outdoor settings for your big day, making it simple to bring your individual vision to life. The venue is nestled in the cascade foothills and has spaces that make it possible to celebrate in the northwest’s many types of weather. Located on a six-acre property and featuring spacious lawns and other natural outdoor spaces, Thunder Ridge is perfect for events with up to 100 people. Both the beautiful fresh outdoors and climate controlled indoor areas are able to accommodate your guests depending on the PNW weather. Booking the property for your event includes the 1,500 square-foot reception hall and the similarly sized lighted patio and bar area. There is also secure on-site parking with an attendant which can accommodate up to 50 vehicles. The venue also offers a bridal suite with dedicated hair and makeup areas as well as a grooms quarters. Setup and teardown of tables/chairs and cleaning included.

Our past guests tell us our personal customer service was not available from other local venues and that was the primary reason they decided to book our wedding venue for their special event.
