Their communication with us throughout the planning process was very, very good - they were responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. The quality of their work and overall value was really beautiful. The staff was incredibly attentive and we loved the delicious breakfast they provided. The pool area was so lively and relaxing to sit by, and the decor throughout the hotel was excellent - it was clear they had hired an expensive decorator to create such an elegant and inviting atmosphere. Our yoga retreat weekend at Chateau Big Bear was absolutely perfect, and we would highly recommend this venue to any other yoga retreat looking for a beautiful and stress-free celebration.”
