A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. The venue is stunning, it's unique and spacious and feels so personal and the staff are exactly as helpful as you need them to be!! We offer an amazing 4,000 square foot climate-controlled Event Barn, Historic Farmhouse with an upstairs apartment, Horse Barn, Gazebo, Log Cabin, and Guest House as well as beautiful grounds with lake views. The packages listed below have our One day (Hours are 10am to 11pm) and Two day packages (Day One - Hours are 10am to 8pm and Day Two - Hours are 10am to 11pm) prices included.
