We could not have asked for a better venue. Their all inclusive package cannot be beat. They provide decor, day of coordinator, planner, caterer, desserts, DJ & more. The grounds are beautiful. The location is perfect, so close to everything which made planning our rehearsal & lodging so easy. The staff is incredible. From the young men who opened the barn doors for my entrance, the planner, Theresa, to our Coordinator Hector, we could not have asked for more. They were amazingly kind, helpful & kept our day running perfectly. 10/10 absolutely loved the Barn @ Crescent Lake!

Located on the beautiful intracoastal, the Clearwater Community Sailing Center is home to the Carlisle Room and Veranda. With views of Clearwater Bay, our space is an ideal location to for your special occasion. It is a blank canvas for you to make your occasion unique. A full day time block is 9AM – 11PM. The time block needs to include decorating, the event and clean up. Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Our staff will set the tables and chairs up for you by 11am on the day of your event. All other set up and decorating is DIY. We do use preferred catering so we ask that you choose from a list of five approved vendors. If you go outside that list, or choose to bring your own food there will be $250 fee.

From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!

I can't recommend Southern Streams Ranch enough! Angel, Richard and the rest of the crew are a delight to wok with and make my job so much easier. As a photographer, I appreciate so much that they are constantly improving their venue, always thinking about the photo ops, and even asking for my input! SSR is creative and artistic in their decor, giving me fresh details at every wedding. Their professionalism in planning, timelines and financials make them a pleasure to work with and I look forward to each and every wedding I shoot there. The entire staff is not only talented and helpful, they are good people! When you work at SSR, you are not only treated like a friend, but as part of a family, and that's rare these days. The Tampa Museum of Art was our top venue choice for our February wedding. We wanted something that offered an indoor/outdoor experience, was elegant, and that we could customize to fit our exact vision. Our guests were blown away by the venue from the moment they arrived at the cocktail hour in the atrium to dinner and dancing under the covered outdoor area. The architecture of the museum plus the backdrop of downtown Tampa made for beautiful pictures. The TMA staff were so wonderful to work with and made our vision come to life. Wish we could do it 100x again!

From the moment we connected with Wendy we knew we had chosen the right venue. We are from Saint Louis, so trying to find venues 1000 miles away was stressful! This was the first place we flew down to see and it was instant (we legit didn’t look anywhere else!) Amelia, our wedding coordinator was soooooooooo patient and kind answering all our questions! We actually had our wedding dress and suit lost, (8 days before the wedding!) and she saw my post on social media and called just to make sure I was okay! She didn’t have to do that, but she did (believe it or not we didn’t find the dress, but we located exact matches in Tampa when we landed!) Every detail was carefully crafted to ensure our day was magical! The entire team worked so hard to make sure even the smallest things were taken care of. We made some really good friends with the staff, and we cannot wait to come back for our anniversary! Thank you SO much for everything you have done for us! You truly made us feel loved and special! Also, can we talk about the food! Multiple guests told us it was the BEST wedding door they had ever had! If you’re thinking about this venue, please just give them a call! I absolutely love this venue! The modern yet chic style of the venue immediately drew me in from the first time I visited. I have been to many venues in our area and this one is definitely completely original! ...and then to be just steps away from the beach?! Perfection. The owners are kind, caring, wonderful individuals who I have had the pleasure of working with on several occasions . They truly pour themselves into each and every event. It's always a great experience and I cannot recommend this venue enough!

We photographed a wedding at the Fusion and could not be more excited to be part of this new venue! The event staff team was extremely professional and the ceremony site and reception venue on the rooftop are exactly what you and your guests will love. The rooms are really spacious and not dated like so many older venues on the beach. We highly recommend Lori Daugherty, event manage to ake care of all the details for your stress free wedding event. DigiTar Studios gives the Fusion a 10 out of 5 stars!

From the moment we booked Casani Estates for our wedding, the communication with the staff was always clear, timely, and thorough. I can't say enough amazing things about Isla Del Sol YCC. I was looking for a private beach venue but what we found was so much more. Not only is the ceremony location perfect, with a private marina beach, a gazebo alter and paved walkway, but we also chose to add on a post-ceremony private sailboat ride. This unique experience gave my husband and I the opportunity to soak in the moment just the two of us, and provided the most stunning backdrop for photos. The reception space is equally perfect with 180degree views of the bay and enough room for two bars, a buffet (if you choose buffet style dinner) and dance floor large enough for your entire party to dance the night away. In addition to the location itself, IDSYCC's staff is unmatched. Melissa, the events director, was part of the reason we were so drawn to this venue. She is a master in her field. Melissa is insanely knowledgeable about all things wedding and was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions and provide support. The caring and professional nature we experienced with Melissa didn't stop there. Every single staff member from the servers, to the bartenders, and even the security guards took the best care of us on our special day. Its really amazing IDSYCC isn't just a wedding venue because they have perfected the art of creating the most amazing wedding. Oh and the food is delicious!! Book this venue...it'll be the best choice you make :)

Overall, the planning process was easy, and the team was very communicative. There were a few hiccups with booking our room block (related to the quoted rate and the site not letting guests book longer than the weekend nights), but once that was resolved most everything else was smooth sailing. The venue is stunning - our guests enjoyed the rooms and food. And even though we had to make the last minute call to move our welcome reception indoors due to the weather, the Zamora team made it happen and it ended up being great! The only things I would improve was that there was not enough shade for our morning rooftop wedding and there were issues with the audio. We knew having an August wedding in Florida would be hot, but there needs to be more shade options on the rooftop - it is such a beautiful venue and makes for stunning photos, but we were all miserably hot! The issues with audio were due to the AV guy not knowing how to hook my laptop with all my playlists up to the sound system. Frustrating but my day of coordinator stepped in and did the best she could to salvage it.
