We hired them for our ceremony and reception. At our meeting before the wedding, we filled out planners for everything I wanted to happen. The day of, the ceremony went great. They played music 30 minutes before for FREE! They put mics on the Pastor and my Groom Charles so we could be heard. The music was timed perfectly. He was punctual, detail oriented, and our guest couldn’t stop talking about how good he was, both as a musician and as a DJ. I really appreciated the time and effort he took to insure that no details were missed. We booked a lighting package as well and our ceremony space looked even better than I could have imagined. Joey made sure the ceremony audio was perfect. Everyone could hear the whole ceremony which was really important to us. And when he played cello for our processional and recessional, the sound really filled the space and sounded beautiful. During our cocktail hour he played cello and did some beatboxing, we were so impressed and our guests loved it as well, they were talking about how good he was and how they could hardly believe it was live music. After dinner the dance floor was full the whole night. Even months later we still have people telling us how much fun they had dancing, how great our playlist was, and how much they liked our DJ. She responded to every email in less than a day from start to finish. This particularly stood out to me as many vendors I encountered were slow/non responsive. She arrived on time to the ceremony with her own supplies (small extra cost included in my total) and executed it all perfectly. She had to extend the processional song (I think??) due so slow grandparents walking but it was smooth and flawless. She played for a total of about 50 minutes. 30 minutes leading up to the ceremony, about 10 minutes of the ceremony, and 10 minutes afterwards. I would highly recommend Olivia for all of your event or wedding needs!”

He announced everything well, communicated with our wedding coordinator and the other vendors, played our requested song list, and consistently checked in on my (new!) husband and I throughout the evening to see if there was anything that he could help us with. On our song list, we noted that we didn't want any country music played (unless it was a specifically requested song), and when one of our guests asked him to play 'Cotton Eye Joe', Terrell even came up to me and asked me if it was okay because he wasn't sure if I considered that country music!
