Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and a portion of the original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding.

Thank you for your interest in Marathon Village. Our Event Space is located in a 106 year old factory. It has an antique oak staircase leading up to the third floor. The space itself has exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and large windows with a view of the Nashville's downtown skyline. We require a liability insurance policy for up to $1,000,000 for the day of the event. We have a beautiful Ready Room that is yours for the day of booking. You also get tables and chairs include. We don't have a list preferred vendors, so the catering is 100% your choice. We have a reach in cooler, ice maker, sink (no food allowed down sink), 3 trashcans, and hot box in the catering area. Alcohol is allowed, but absolutely no selling alcohol or serving to minors. There is a stereo system hooked up with 1/8" cable in the room where a DJ can plug a computer or you can bring in your own equipment.

The Foundry is a 5,000 square foot venue located at 1419 Clinton Street in downtown Nashville, Tennessee. This historic building , built in the early 1900's, is located in the trendy, up and coming area of Marathon Village. The Foundry is the first place where the Marathon Car was invented and the venue still has the retro/vintage feel while still remaining one of the trendiest spots in Nashville. The industrial brick textures of one of the most unique venues in Nashville add a priceless touch, creating a breathtaking space for your event! The Foundry also partners with the non-profit organization Harvest Sound International to alleviate suffering and abolish poverty in Nashville, and worldwide. Ozari Events is located inside L + L Marketplace-- a food and shopping destination located in Nashville. The market holds many tenants, and while all the spaces filled up quickly, the largest space was not filled by a tenant. The space then became Ozari Events!

After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and become the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen and one son is in sales and operations. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! Estelle is an Event Space focused on Hospitality and Located one mile from Downtown Nashville, East of the Cumberland River in the Historic/Hip neighborhood of East Nashville. This architectural gem combines Victorian Elegance with the charm of a Cabin. The versatile property offers garden space, custom furnishings, catering and beverage service in-house and is the ideal venue for intimate events for 95 guests and under. Boasting beautiful architecture and design, Estelle perfectly reflects the humble spirit that defines the heart and soul of Nashville.
