Yes, you can rename a page as it appears on your navigation menu and at the top of the page.
While you're editing the page, click the pencil icon next to the page title, enter your new name, and click 'save',
Working from the app?
Tap into the Website icon on the home screen of the app > then tap into the page you want to edit.
From there, scroll down and tap into the Page Settings tab at the bottom of the page, and edit the title of the page on the following screen!
