My name is Taylor — I’m a husband, father, teacher, ocean lover, and videographer / editor based out of CT and Cape Cod. I’ve been passionate about photography for as long as I can remember, and deep down I’ve always felt that capturing moments was in some way my calling. A few years ago I began to realize that photographs — even the most compelling ones — are not able to tell an entire story. They provide a powerful glimpse, frozen in time, but even the best photographs are unable to preserve memories and emotions the way that films can.

I am genuinely moved by the love stories I am there to capture, and during the editing process I do everything in my power to recreate those exact same emotions that I felt on your wedding day. In the dozens of hours I spend editing each film, I literally hear pieces of your vows and the speeches of those closest to you hundreds of times. By the end of this process I feel this really personal connection to my clients. It’s a strange thing that happens, but as I become emotionally invested in your love story, I believe it shines through in my films.

    I do not even know how to accurately sum up our experience with Taylor at True Colors Productions. From start to finish, Taylor was by far our favorite vendor to work with on our wedding. Taylor was kind, professional and responsive throughout the entire planning process. He gave us his time, met with us and ensured he understood us, our relationship and our vision for our wedding. That alone was more than most of our vendors did. We could tell that Taylor truly cared about "getting it right" for us and being meticulous about every little detail. This level of care and consideration continued throughout our wedding day and the time after. Taylor was with us from the very start of the day to the very end and seemed more like a helpful, trusted friend than a hired vendor I was just meeting in person for the first time. He was somehow right there asking us if we needed anything and also not at all intrusive at the same time...which seems impossible! We chose Taylor based on the quality of the videos that he posted on instagram (check him out @true_colors_productions). However nothing could have prepared us for our own videos that he sent. I am seriously crying just thinking about them. Our professional photos are lovely, but nothing could have captured the raw emotion and vibes of the day like videography. Taylor's editing and creating left us with stunning cherished memories that bring me back in time with each watch. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am by my videos. I cannot believe they are real and they are mine. As far as packaging and pricing, it was worth every single cent and I would do it all again. Taylor goes above and beyond and provides you with far more than any other videographer that I have heard of through inquiry or friends. A collection of videos from our wedding day is priceless and we are so beyond grateful that we trusted Taylor with something that meant so much to us.

    Taylor at True Colors Productions is the BEST! He is thoughtful, kind, organized, and super passionate about what he does. He was a wonderful partner throughout the planning process and always answered our questions -- we even had a Zoom call with him to chat about final details. On the day of, he was attentive and captured the most special moments -- including stunning drone shots of the venue and surrounding coastline. My now husband and I can't get enough of our wedding video - it truly brings us to happy tears every time. Taylor is so talented!!!! I absolutely recommend him to anyone getting married in 2025 and beyond!!

    We would recommend Taylor as their wedding videography to truly anyone. We had an amazing experience working with Taylor and I genuinely have only good things to say about him- there was no part the process that I thought needed improving, it was all perfect. When I first reached out to Taylor, I explained to him that we were looking for a non-traditional wedding video. Other videographers I spoke to were unwilling to try something different than what they are comfortable doing/do all the time, but Taylor did not even hesitate to hear me out and try to better understand what we were looking for. After discussing the vision, Taylor was enthusiastic and excited to try something different. I appreciated this so much because I was becoming discouraged by all of the other Cape Cod videographers who were not willing to help us. We met with Taylor for coffee a couple of months before the wedding to discuss the video some more and it was so fun to meet him and again, we appreciated how invested he was. On the day of the wedding, I cannot emphasize how much of a pleasure it was to have Taylor around. He brings an amazing energy, and a lot of our friends/guests came up to us saying 'your videographer is so great'. He made us feel so comfortable and just generally was enjoyable to have around. Finally- the video BLEW US AWAY! It is truly exactly what we wanted, and we were so impressed by the work he did. Not to mention, we told Taylor we didn't even need a sneak peek, but he sent us one anyway which was such a nice surprise so soon after the wedding. Once we saw the sneak peak we were so excited to see the full video, and it exceeded our expectations. Taylor is creative, kind, fun, and genuinely cares about his work. I highly recommend working with Taylor for your wedding video!

    We cannot recommend Taylor and True Colors Productions enough. We knew we had to have a videographer to capture all the elements of the wedding a photographer cannot, and he did that better than we imagined. His short video done to music seemed like an actual movie production, we were blown away. Our venue didn't allow drown footage, and yet he still was able to capture it near our church to ensure it was still tied into the full feature film. And importantly as well, at all times he was professional, on time, great to work with, and a pleasure to be around. We would higher TCP again in a heartbeat!
