I was born and raised in Ukraine where I studied at a law school. When I moved to the USA in 2016, I dramatically switched my career path from a lawyer to a digital artist. I got a degree in Media Arts and Filmmaking and started shooting dance, fashion, music, and became a wedding videographer located in Chicago.

I have been perfecting and honing my skills in videography since 2016. My passion for documenting life's milestones and turning them into short films inspired me to use my talents to help others enjoy special events again and again long after the festivities have concluded. My work expertly encapsulates the essence of my clients' events, allowing them to relive their experiences from the comfort of their homes.

    I don’t have enough kind words to express how great Sofiia was to work with. She truly has a gift for seeing the creative vision, telling stories, and finding pure magic without feeling like you’re acting. My husband was nervous about feeling like the moments we filmed being inauthentic or staged, but Sofiia works hard to let you be and capture real emotions. She’s passionate, so creative, and was someone we genuinely loved working with.
