Yes!! Ashley Film studios will provide proof of insurance to your venue about 1-2 weeks before your event. We will also carry proof of insurance with us on the day of your event.

We’re totally passionate about filming! For a full day, we’re there for 10-12 hours, capturing every unforgettable moment. We kick things off with bridal prep, then roll through the entire ceremony, speeches, cake cutting, and all the special moments in between. As the night heats up, we capture the fun and energy of the party too, making sure every detail of your day is filmed perfectly!

At Ashley Film Studios, we believe understanding our couples is key to creating a film that reflects their unique story. We take time to get to know you, your likes, dislikes, and the special moments that define your relationship. After our initial chat, if we’re the perfect fit, we’ll send you a contract and proposal via Honeybook. Once signed and returned with a 20% retainer, you’re officially booked! We offer flexible payment plans leading up to your wedding and are happy to accommodate special arrangements!
