About this venue
Warm hospitality meets country charm here at Zedland's Overlook Venue. Stepping on the farm transports guests to a slower way of life and a more relaxed way to host a wedding. Choose a 6 hour block of time on Friday to decorate, rehearse, and share a meal. Saturday you can start your day as early as 8am with coffee, danish, and your closest friends getting ready in the comfort of our 1800's cozy farmhouse. We meet up with the vendors as they arrive and get our beautiful grounds setup for your guests with last minute touches. Our staff is very attentive to your needs so you can be present with the people and moments that matter most. Our vast property and comforting views are the perfect space for your family to indulge in peaceful walks, yard games, campfires, or your vibe of fun and relaxation! As the night winds down everyone will pull together to wrap things up and share a cheers to a beautiful day. (Plus you still have Sunday morning for picks ups!)

The Overlook's ceremony space has a western facing view of our valley and Kummel Creek. Somehow the golden hour seems even more magical with our iconic rural wisconsin hills rolling in the background. Some couples enjoy the outdoors so much they choose to come back outside after dinner to dance under the festoon lighting!

BEST VENUE EVER!!!
We had our dream wedding last weekend at Zedland Farm. From the very beginning, Erin and her family have been nothing short of amazing. While she has done this many times, not once did she ever pressure us into anything specific. She constantly used the phrase "it's y0our day, you just tell me what you want." The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, and our guests never stopped complimenting it all night and we are still hearing about it. The play area for the kids was a huge hit! Parents got to hang and mingle while the kids were close by and having the time of their lives. The bartenders were a bride's dream. I don't recall there ever being a line at the bar and when I walked up, one of the 3 were already pouring my drink. There was always a staff member around to answer questions or to grab something. I didn't have to worry about a THING! The bathrooms were spotless, and it is a must for an outdoor venue! This si something so often overlooked, but it was a selling point for sure. This venue should be at the top of your list for any season wedding. Absolutely gorgeous and AMAZING staff!!

Erin and Matt at Zedland Farm's Overlook Venue were wonderful to work with for our wedding! Erin was very responsive in email and text when we had questions during planning. The venue itself is clean, spacious, and has gorgeous views that made for beautiful photos. On our big day, Erin and Matt were on-site and attentive to any needs that came up. All our guests raved about the beauty of the venue and how caring the owners were. I can't praise Zedland Farm's enough for contributing to our special day - the communication, service and beautiful venue came together for an amazing wedding experience.

Absolutely One of the Best
Zedland is so beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect day from start to finish. You've got a cute house to get ready in, a beautiful valley overlook ceremony space, and a rustic barn reception space. As a photographer, I can say that many venues don't think about the aesthetics of the spaces when it comes to photography opportunities but this one is an exception. Between the deck space with a weeping willow, the swings, the string lights, and the overall natural beauty of the whole property, you will have no problem getting perfect photos of your day!
