Yes! Parking is private and included with your event.

Yes, all facilities associated with our event room are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance.

How many hours are included in our booking?

Your reservation includes four hours from start of the event until finish. Setup time is available prior to your event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations less than 90 days are subject to forfeited deposits and other fees based on the ability to rebook the date.

How do we get to your venue from the nearest airport?

Our building is located approximatley 38 minutes from Detroit Metro Airport. We are easily accessible from I-94.

What’s included in your starting rental fee?

Basic set up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, white table linens and serving staff. Upgrades are available for an additional charge.

May we attach things to the walls, etc?

No. At no time will anyone be permitted to attach items to the walls, floors or ceiling.

All food and beverages served must be supplied by Watermark, the only exception is a celebratory cake. Cake must be prepared by a licensed food vendor.

When do I need to have a final guest count?

Accepted Answer

A guaranteed confirmation of attendance is required no less the SEVEN business days before the event. Once given, this guaranteed number cannot be reduced. If this guarantee is not received, the original estimated number will be used.
